Assim, propusemos verificar o deficit hidrico (DH) pos-treino em judocas submetidos a tres intensidades de treinamento com e sem hidratacao durante os treinos e ainda analisamos a eficacia de uma reidratacao especifica. Participaram do estudo 14 atletas com media de 22,8 ( + 4,58) anos. Inicialmente, realizamos uma avaliacao fisica e um teste de capacidade especifico da modalidade para agruparmos os atletas conforme as capacidades fisicas e tecnicas. Em seguida, ocorreu a aplicacao dos protocolos de treinamento. Os atletas apresentaram um IMC de 24,9 ( + 2,64) kg/m², um percentual de gordura de 14,5% ( + 6,92) e uma FCmax de 198,2 ( + 3,29) BPM. Os valores medios de DH pos-treino, sem reidratacao, foram: 1,1 L/h; 1,2 L/h e 1,6 L/h, nas intensidades leve, moderada e alta, respectivamente. Ja os valores medios de DH com a reidratacao proposta foram: 0,4 L/h; 0,3 L/h e 0,4 L/h, tambem nas respectivas intensidades. Houve diferenca significativa na comparacao do DH nas duas situacoes (p<0,05). Em conclusao, o protocolo de reidratacao utilizado comprovou sua eficacia, uma vez que os atletas tiveram uma perda hidrica pos-treino inferior a 1%. ABSTRACT Water deficit after training in judo athletes submitted to different training intensities with and without hydration The electrolytic balance is an important condition in the maintenance of homeostasis during exercise; however in practice of judo is not commonly occurs regular breaks during practice to occur rehydration. Therefore, in this study, we proposed to check the water deficit (DH) after training in judo underwent three training intensities with and without hydration during training and further analyze the effectiveness of a specific rehydration. The study included 14 athletes with a mean of 22.8 ( + 4.58) years. Initially, it was conducted a physical examination and a test of specific capacity of modality for athletes to group together according to the physical and technical capabilities. Then the application of training protocols was done. The athletes had a BMI of 2.9 ( + 2.64) kg/m² a fat percentage of 14.5% ( + 6.92) and a HRmax of 198.2 ( + 3.29) BPM. The mean values of DH post workout without rehydration, were 1,1L/h; 1.2 L/h and 1.6 L/h, the intensities, moderate and high, respectively. The values of DH medium with rehydration were proposed: 0.4 L/h; 0.3 L/h and 0.4 L/h and also the respective intensities. Significant difference when comparing the DH in both situations (p<0.05). In conclusion, the protocol used proven effective rehydration, since the athletes had a water loss after less than 1% practice.","PeriodicalId":55940,"journal":{"name":"RBNE-Revista Brasileira de Nutricao Esportiva","volume":"9 1","pages":"30-39"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68214399","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Creatine is a supplement used in strength training that aims to assist in the yield strength and muscle hypertrophy in students and / or athletes. The aim of this review is to investigate the effects of the use of creatine supplementation on strength training for such beneficial improvements to the performance of strength and hypertrophy in men with individuals experienced in training. We conclude that creatine supplementation associated with strength training for men proves to be an efficient practice that can contribute to being part during the periodization of strength training.","PeriodicalId":55940,"journal":{"name":"RBNE-Revista Brasileira de Nutricao Esportiva","volume":"8 1","pages":"6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"58064796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
