Meanwhile,nPDA was used as a versatile shell for effective loading of chemotherapeuticndoxorubicin (DOX) to achieve controlled release and PTT simultaneously.nMoreover, HA–MTX conjugates could offer later-phase specificncellular dual-targeting ability during the therapy. Both innvitro and in vivo studies demonstrated thatnDOX-loaded MPDA@HA–MTX (MPDA/DOX@HA–MTX) exhibited thenpreferential tumor accumulation, enhanced specificity to target tumorncells, pH-/laser-responsive release, and high tumor cell-killing efficiency.nBy combined chemo-PTT under the guidance of fluorescence/MR imaging,nthe tumors in mice were completely eliminated after treatment, indicatingnthat MPDA@HA–MTX nanoparticles have great potential as a novelndrug-loading platform for imaging-guided multistage targeted chemo-photothermalncombination therapy.","PeriodicalId":522149,"journal":{"name":"Figshare","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"147892434","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
