The exciplex isnformed at the interfacial contact of a conventional star-shaped carbazolenhole-transporting material, 4,4′,4″-tris(<i>N</i>-carbazolyl)-triphenylamine (TCTA), and a triazine electron-transportingnmaterial, 2,4,6-tris[3-(1<i>H</i>-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl]-1,3,5-triazinen(3P-T2T). The excellent combination of TCTA and 3P-T2T is appliednas the cohost of a common green phosphorescent emitter with almostnzero energy loss. When Ir(ppy)<sub>2</sub>(acac) is dispersed in suchnexciplex cohost system, OLED device with maximum external quantumnefficiency of 29.6%, the ultrahigh power efficiency of 147.3 lm/W,nand current efficiency of 107 cd/A were successfully achieved. Morenimportantly, the OLED device showed a low-efficiency roll-off andnan operational lifetime (τ<sub>80</sub>) of ∼1020 minnwith the initial brightness of 2000 cd/m<sup>2</sup>, which is 56ntimes longer than the reference device. The significant differencenof device stability was attributed to the degradation of exciplexnsystem for energy transfer process, which was investigated by thenphotoluminescence aging measurement at room temperature and 100 K,nrespectively.","PeriodicalId":521808,"journal":{"name":"Figshare","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"147886083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
