The methodological strategy consisted of documentary analysis based on the regulations of the mechanism and its reports. Among the results, it is highlighted that there is an unstable funding dynamic, as well as that operationally preponderance was given to the Development Plans with a Territorial Approach. The purpose of this paper is to provide a contextualized meaning of the repertoires of socio-state interaction activated (or not) by local actors in Yucatan and Tabasco in the face of the Mayan Train. Regulating telework would prevent abuses by employers and guarantee the rights of these workers. It is considered relevant to demonstrate the importance of regulating this modality in Nicaragua, for this research is carried out with a qualitative approach, supported by the descriptive method and using the documentary technique. The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of social rejection on emotional exhaustion and substance consumption. With cross-sectional exploratory qualitative methodology, a guide of 12 questions validated by experts with 10 sex workers was used. Under the theoretical and methodological perspective of critical pedagogy, a critical analysis of the discourse is made, which shows how the imaginary of people with disabilities develops new forms and technologies of exclusion from the definition of the concept of educational inclusion present in the ministerial agreement No. 0295-13.
