In class XII students who have a series of tasks that must be fulfilled as a graduation requirement. Although the government in the Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2021 has eliminated the national exam, it requires resilience in completing tasks as a graduation requirement, one of which is taking the School Examination and has completed the entire learning program. besides that, class XII students are also preoccupied with the choice of continuing studies after graduating from high school. This study uses a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature with a survey method. The population in this study were students of class XII SMAN 1 Tarakan with a total of 362 students. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling, by first calculating the number of samples using the Slovin formula, so that the number of research samples obtained was 190 students. Data collection using Adversity Response Profile (ARP). Instrument testing with expert validation (expert judgment), namely experts in the field of counseling and language experts. The reliability test results show that the reliability index of the adversity quotient instrument is 0.920. The index shows that the instrument has a very high level of reliability and can be used in research. Focus research on the reality therapy process for students' self-adjustment process and the results of reality therapy for students' self-adjustment process at the Roudlotul Mustofa Al Banjari Amuntai Islamic boarding school, South Kalimantan. Qualitative research method, with a descriptive approach and case study research type. Data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing the process of reality therapy counseling services and the results comparing the students' feelings before therapy and after receiving therapy services at the Islamic boarding school. This research uses a quantitative ex post facto design approach. The population in this study was 287 students. The research sample consisted of 287 class X students taken using probability sampling techniques. The data collection tools used were the self-compassion scale and the bullying victim scale. The validity test results of the self-compassion scale are in the range 0.176 – 0.776 and the bullying victim scale is in the range 0.170 – 0.760. The reliability test results of the self-compassion scale had a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.944 and the bullying victim scale had a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.909, both of which were included in the strong category. Based on these results, both scales can be said to be valid and reliable. This research uses multiple regression testing techniques as a data analysis technique. The self-compassion variable is in the medium category (M = 81,25; SD = 9,10) and the bullying victim variable is in the medium category (M = 100,33; SD = 9,51). The results of this study show that self-compassion has an effect on victims of bullying among students at SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Self-compassion explains that it has an influence of 33,6% (R2 =.336).
