Komunikasi interpersonal tidak bisa berlangsung secara efektif untuk mencapai tujuan komunikator ketika dalam proses interaksi dengan komunikan tidak menggunakan ilmu psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi psikologi dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal dan teori-teori psikologi komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan, sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi yakni mengambil data dari berbagai buku, jurnal dan laporan riset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urgensi psikologi dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal akan menjadi efektif dan berdampak secara signifikan ketika dikolaborasikan dengan psikologi, karena tanpa adanya psikologi proses komunikasi interpersonal akan terhampat bahkan sulit untuk mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh seorang komunikator. Teori psikologi komunikasi interpersonal terdiri dari teori interaksi simbolik, teori manajemen koordinasi makna, teori pelanggaran harapan, dan teori keterlibatan interaksi. Abstract The urgency of psychology in the science of interpersonal communication is one of the instruments that helps communicators to know and understand the characteristics or personality of communicants. Interpersonal communication cannot take place effectively to achieve the communicator's goals when in the process of interaction with communicants do not use psychology. This study aims to analyze the urgency of psychology in the perspective of interpersonal communication and psychological theories of interpersonal communication. This research uses qualitative research with a literature approach, while the type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation, namely taking data from various books, journals and research reports. The results showed that the urgency of psychology in the perspective of interpersonal communication will be effective and have a significant impact when collaborated with psychology, because without psychology the interpersonal communication process will be hampered and even difficult to achieve the desired goals of a communicator. The psychological theory of interpersonal communication consists of symbolic interaction theory, meaning coordination management theory, expectation violation theory, and interaction involvement theory. Namun tradisi ini mulai dilupakan oleh masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat Sampang. Oleh sebab itu tradisi mamaca perlu untuk dihidupkan kembali melalui pembelajaran Sastra Lama di STKIP PGRI Sampang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan dalam pembelajaran mamaca melalui mata kuliah Sastra Lama di STKIP PGRI Sampang, dan 2) untuk mendeskripsikan solusi atas hambatan dalam pembelajaran mamaca melalui mata kuliah Sastra Lama di STKIP PGRI Sampang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada dosen pengampu mata kuliah dan mahasiswa. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa pembelajaran mamaca pada praktiknya mengalami hambatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan 60% mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran mamaca mendapatkan nilai kurang memuaskan. Hambatan pembelajaran mamaca berasal dari internal dosen dan mahasiswa serta dari eksternal seperti keterbatasan sumber belajar, layang yang dipelajari, serta durasi belajar yang terbatas. Selain hambatan, terdapat solusi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya adalah: 1) bergabung dengan kelompok mamaca di sekitar Sampang, 2) memilih layang berbahasa Madura, 3) mengadakan pelatihan mamaca, dan 4) tampil dalam kegiatan atau acara kampus. Abstract Mamaca is an oral tradition in Madura. However, this tradition is starting to be forgotten by the people, especially the people of Sampang. Therefore, the mamaca tradition needs to be revived through the study of Old Literature at STKIP PGRI Sampang. The aims of this research are: 1) to describe the obstacles in learning mamaca through the Old Literature course at STKIP PGRI Sampang, and 2) to describe solutions to the obstacles in learning mamaca through the Old Literature course at STKIP PGRI Sampang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with course lecturers and students. The results show that in practice learning mamaca experiences obstacles. This is shown by 60% of students who took part in the Mamaca study getting unsatisfactory grades. Mamaca's learning obstacles come from internal lecturers and students as well as from external sources such as limited learning resources, courses being studied, and limited learning duration. Apart from the obstacles, some solutions can be done, including 1) joining a mamaca group around Sampang, 2) choosing Madurese language kites, 3) holding mamaca training, and 4) appearing in campus activities or events. Selain itu, masih banyak sekolah yang belum memiliki rencana strategis atau hanya sekedar disusun sebagai formalitas saja tanpa dijadikan sebagai pedoman pengembangan sekolah. Artikel ini menganalisis perencanaan strategis di SDIT At-Taqwa Surabaya, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan-tahapan dalam perencanaan Strategis (Renstra) sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengaan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Renstra SDIT At-Taqwa Surabaya disusun dalam Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM), dengan tahapan meliputi pembentukan tim, analisis internal dan eksternal dengan pendekatan SWOT, dan penyusunan strategi sekolah. Dalam penyusunannya pun sekolah melibatkan semua <em>stakeholder </em>baik akademik maupun no-akademik.</p><p> </p><p align=\"center\"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>The failure of schools to achieve their educational goals is often influenced by the school's lack of ability to develop strategic plans. In addition, many schools still do not have a strategic plan or are just prepared as a formality without being used as a guideline for school development. This article analyzes strategic planning at SDIT At-Taqwa Surabaya, to know the stages in preparing the school's Strategic Plan (Renstra). This study used qualitative methods by collecting data through observation and direct interviews with school principals. The results showed that the SDIT At-Taqwa Surabaya Strategic Plan was prepared in the Medium-Term Work Plan (RKJM), with stages including team building, internal and external analysis with a SWOT approach, and school strategy preparation.
