Although relatively new, research on Islamic Fintech continues to grow and has been quite attractive to researchers in recent years. Seeing this phenomenon, it is necessary to anticipate the increasing interest of academics in researching Islamic Fintech. This paper aims to facilitate researchers in finding out the development of Islamic Fintech research, find topics that can be developed, and know the main contributors and sources that shape research in the field of Islamic Fintech. This research analysis is a Bibliometric analysis with Biblioshiny and VOSviewer software, using metadata consisting of 98 Scopus-indexed data published in 10 years, namely 2013-2022. With the development of technology, quantity and innovation of financial and economic products, it is necessary to study products that are in accordance with Islamic law. There are several studies that examine cryptocurrency in the view of Islamic law and have even reached the stage of proposing a cryptocurrency model that is in accordance with sharia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment generated from the opinions of users of the Twitter social media application regarding cryptocurrency. The data analyzed consisted of 18,304 using the keyword cryptocurrency. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive statistics from the study of cryptocurrency-themed literature. The results showed that neutral sentiment was the most frequent result with a percentage of 91%, followed by negative sentiment of 6.1%, and positive sentiment of 2.9%. The use of Bitcoin is growing from year to year with a high exchange value. Even in 2018, the value of Bitcoin reached USD 19,783.06 per 1 (one) Bitcoin, which is fluctuating because the number of Bitcoin is limited, which only reaches a maximum of 21 million (twenty-one million). Against the popularity of Bitcoin, Bank Indonesia issued a statement that Bitcoin is not a legal means of payment and the risk of use will be borne by the user. This study aims to determine the development map and trend of Bitcoin published by well-known journals in the fields of economics and finance. The data analyzed were more than 1166 Google Scholar indexed research publications. The export data was then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to find out the bibliometric map of Bitcoin development. The results showed that in the motor themes or driving themes quadrant, the emerging themes are Blockchain, Money, Digital, Cryptocurrencies, Financial, and Risk.
