This activity was held on January 18-19 2023 at Makassar Middle School 12 which had 702 students consisting of classes VII to IX but the participants in this activity were 32 class VII.1 students. students. The methods used are pre and post tests through questioners and providing material as well as direct observation when students wash their hands, which aims to determine the level of knowledge of students regarding the implementation of the culture of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) during the endemic period. Diabetes mellitus and blood pressure are the two non-communicable diseases that most people suffer from. So the target of implementing the community service program is to provide education by means of health education and early detection of instantaneous blood glucose levels and blood pressure in the community with the aim of increasing community knowledge about disease and increasing awareness of the importance of early screening in the community of Carang Wulung Village, Wonosalam District. , Jombang Regency. The result was that almost half of the people who took blood sugar checks experienced hyperglycemia, 37 people (49.3%) and the majority of people who took blood pressure checks experienced hypertension, 44 people (58.7%). Regarding knowledge before health education was carried out, the majority of people still had insufficient knowledge about diabetes mellitus and hypertension with a total of 52 people (69.3%). After health education was carried out, almost all people had good knowledge about diabetes mellitus and hypertension with a total of 69 people (92%). The purpose of this activity is to improve participants' understanding of the preparation of reputable scientific articles, participants' ability to model in SEM using AMOS, and the ability of the academic community to write and discuss the results of modeling analysis in scientific articles. This activity was carried out from April-June 2023 at Stikes Majapahit Mojokerto. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of SEM and Multivariate, CFA and path analysis and scientific article management. The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The materials and methods used are health education on how to do physical activity at home. The results obtained are able to know the benefits of finger exercises to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The conclusion is the importance of maintaining the health of the elderly by doing several activities such as gymnastics and routine checks carried out at one of the Elderly Posyandu in Mojokerto district.
