In this study, quantitative methods are used, with data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the layout of the active medical record has a significant impact on the productivity of medical record officers in RSUD Sumedang. Therefore, it can be concluded that the structure of active medical records has a significant effect on the production of medical records officers at RSUD.
