In this context the paper analyzes the theatrical spectacle in the evolving dynamics of electoral campaigns in Kashmir, particularly focusing on the use of dramatic public displays by two known faces, Iltija Mufti and Omer Abdullah, of two major political parties, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and the National Conference (NC), respectively. This study explores the ways in which these parties and their top leaders have used theatrical spectacles, intentionally or unintentionally, to influence public opinion, increase their visibility, and engage voters throughout the electoral process. The study employs a qualitative multi-case study method which is exploratory in nature with discourse and content analysis of speeches and media coverage of news reports, televised coverage, and videos. The paper concludes that Kashmir is witnessing the birth of new dynasts like Iltija Mufti, Omar Abdullah, and the likes of Abrar Rashid, some already established while others are trying to deepen their roots. The paper suggests that for the development of Kashmir, strategic-realistic leadership is needed who understand politics is a tool for relieving the pains of suffering people, not to hold on to the chairs of their fathers and forefathers.

It had a negative impact on the sustainability of health sector specifically the economic side. This study tries to identify the problems to achieve tan appropriate standard of good health among Kurdistan's general population, especially in the city of Duhok, to ensure more equitable access to health services throughout the country's social and geographic expansion, take into account poverty and to strive to get better treatment, understand the condition of the city of Duhok via COVID-19, and how the government deals with the medical system in this condition, protect and encourage the right to health care for individuals and create equality in the health care system for both genders, beliefs and positions. \u0000Methodology: Through conducting the qualitative research approach by using two types for collecting data ( Data Collection Methods) which are primary data and secondary data, primary data for collecting direct information from patients and IDPs and refugees to know their health conditions and whether they are satisfied or not for public health system, physicians as well to know their treatment to patients, and secondary data to gather information from health directorate in Duhok city, camp health administration and humanitarian health organizations to understand better the situation. \u0000Findings: The findings of the study indicates that the pandemic struck at a time when public faith in the government was low, the economy was damaged by lower oil sales income, protests were common across the country, and violent extremist acts were on the rise. COVID-19 has worsened long-standing and sometimes deep-seated political, economic, social, and security issues. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a dramatic loss of human life around the world, posing an unprecedented challenge to public health, food systems, and the workplace. The pandemic's economic and social impact is devastating: tens of millions of people are at risk of falling into extreme poverty, while the number of undernourished people is currently estimated to be nearly 690 million, By the end of the year, the number could have risen to 132 million. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Food security, public health, and employment and labor issues, particularly worker health and safety, all intersect during the COVID-19 crisis. However, in Azadi hospital we cannot talk to people because of virus, the risk of contracting COVID-19 via an infected person's feces appears to be low. The COVID-19 virus may cause intestinal infection and be found in feces, according to some data.

The study used the case of the Iringa district to investigate the institutional framework that provides implications for the governance of land tenure security in Tanzania. \u0000Methodology: The study employed phenomenography by collecting primary data from 16 key informants selected from village and district levels. Data from key informants were complemented by documentary review with perception considered deductively. \u0000Findings: Findings confirmed the existence of two principal institutional frameworks; the Land Act No. 5 of 1999 and the Village Land Act No. 4 of 1999. Nonetheless, bureaucracy, inadequate policy dissemination, and poverty emerged as primary causes of deviations in land policy implementation in the study area. This study concludes that the successful implementation of Tanzania's land policy in the Iringa District Council has significantly facilitated land tenure security through the issuance of a Certificate of Customary Right of Occupancy. Establishing a robust institutional framework and clear land use rules has been central to this success. However, challenges such as complex Certificate of Customary Right of Occupancy acquisition procedures, bureaucracy, inadequate policy dissemination, and prevalent poverty in rural areas have been identified as impediments. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: The study was guided by Institutional Theory which describes the interaction of human beings with existing natural resources, the institution involves the regulation of formal rules from constitutions, status laws, and other legal frameworks controlling the interaction and relationship of human behavior. The study contributed to the theory by establishing the relationship between the organization and enforcement of policy and regulatory framework that governs land tenure. Also, the study recommends expanding the Certificate of Customary Right of Occupancy issuance, strengthening local land administration, simplifying land use regulations, facilitating easier access to Certificate of Customary Right of Occupancy especially for impoverished households, and implementing strategies to reduce bureaucracy and enhancing policy understanding at the grassroots level. These measures aim to enhance land tenure security and support sustainable development in rural communities.

Consequently, employee satisfaction is essential for safeguarding long-term effectiveness and efficiency in both private and public sector organizations. Creating satisfactory working environments improves employees’ work-life balance, thus higher satisfaction levels. Every year, job satisfaction levels are measured throughout all the UAE public sector institutes. This is done through a survey sent by the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) to the employees every year. With the United Arab Emirates being heralded as one of the leading countries to create ideal work environments for employees, this study aims at determining the underlying factors that affect employee satisfaction in Dubai Police traffic department. \u0000Methodology: The study adopted descriptive research design. The research applied a purposive simple random sampling technique and probabilistic sampling technique. Data was collected on Dubai police traffic department employees. A quantitative and qualitative data analysis was conducted for the current research based on the collected data from the questionnaires circulated within the employees of police traffic department. Data were then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-15) for statistical analysis. The results were presented in form of tables. \u0000Findings: While the socio-demographic factors could be considered factors explaining job satisfaction, age and marital status are the only factors that strongly explain the relationship due to their significant result. Additionally, for the nine environmental factors, using factor analysis to determine variables that strongly explain the dependent variables, the variable under “my work directly contributes towards organization’s goals” efficiently explains the status of job satisfaction. Furthermore, execution of mandates informed by the ability of the company to address public complaints and safe work environment influences job satisfaction levels. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Although salary and work directly contribute towards an organization’s goals, companies can ensure that job levels are acquired in the right way. Against this backdrop, Indian regulatory authorities have strengthened workforce capacity for monitoring and enforcement actions against poaching, employed patrolling systems, and adopted lethal deterrence-based policies. However, efforts to control poaching and conserve biodiversity are often at odds with local communities' needs and interests, and stakeholder participation in management is integral to successful wildlife conservation. This research aims to understand stakeholder perception of anti-poaching management practices and tribal customs in protected areas. A survey was conducted to gather information from forest staff and fringe villagers at the four national parks and one wildlife sanctuary in Assam, India. The results indicate that villagers around protected areas generally perceive that the Forest Department and patrolling effectively prevent poaching. However, stakeholders' perceptions of the lethal deterrence-based policies and tribal customs were split, depending on the local communities' unique social, economic, and political situations. Leveraging these responses, wildlife managers in India can collaborate with villagers around the protected areas to address the threats of poaching to wild megafauna. Further, this research underpins the reason to strengthen the enforcement capacity of forest staff, as they stand at the frontline of endangered species protection in biodiversity-rich, developing countries.

Through an in-depth analysis of global practices, our research highlights the indispensable value of SDIs in enhancing healthcare decision-making, emergency management, and public health monitoring by facilitating the integration and analysis of geospatial and healthcare data. Despite the evident benefits, the integration of diverse geospatial data sources poses significant challenges, including issues of data standardization, privacy, and interoperability across various stakeholders. Our findings underscore the balance governments must achieve in promoting SDI growth while ensuring data security, privacy, and open access. The study draws on a comprehensive review of literature and case studies to explore the effectiveness of current government strategies in advancing SDI capabilities, while also addressing the ethical considerations and potential barriers to innovation that stringent regulation might impose. By advocating for a collaborative ecosystem that supports data standardization alongside flexibility for innovation, this paper aims to provide insights into how governments can optimize the utility of spatially enabled data in healthcare and beyond. Our conclusion calls for strategic government action to promote a balanced approach to SDI governance, highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships, robust data security frameworks, and the fostering of an environment conducive to data sharing and innovation. This research contributes to the discourse on the critical intersection of technology, healthcare decision-making, and governance, offering valuable recommendations for policymakers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders in the digital and geospatial domains.

Currently, e-recruitment has not yet achieved the intended objectives. As a result, the wellbeing of the country human capital is being compromised. The extant studies have not examined the effectiveness of e-recruitment transformation process. In line with the existing gap, investigating the transformation process from manual to e-recruitment in Tanzania Public Services Recruitment Secretariat remains is the focus of this study. Specifically, the study examined why e-recruitment was an alternative to the manual recruitment, the regulatory frameworks governing e-recruitment, e-recruitment implementation strategies, and processes and finding out how the management of forces for change may explain the reasons why e-recruitment does not meet the intended objectives. \u0000Methodology: With the sample size of 25 respondents, five respondents were purposively interviewed and nine responded to questionnaires, and the remaining 16 respondent were conveniently distributed into two FGDs basing on their willingness, availability, willingness, and accessibility. Qualitative data were analysed using thematic and content analysis. \u0000Findings: The findings revealed that the adoption of e-recruitment was due to challenges facing manual recruitment such as diseases, unfairness, insecurity of applicants’ information, the cost of running the recruitment process and time. The e-government Act of 2019, e-government regulations of 2020 and the PSRS Rules of operations of 2021 were identified as the regulatory frameworks governing e-recruitment. The PSRS uses both human capital sand technological strategies in facilitating e-recruitment. Finally, the inability of using e-recruitment system, limited reach, budget constraints, and inadequate system integration were the reasons why e-recruitment does not meet the intended objectives. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: The study recommend for the government to ensure integration and interoperability of between e-recruitment system and other government systems for accurate data sharing and verification purposes.
