The data collection method used is using data from the financial statements of property companies. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The research used a quantitative approach with a structured survey involving 97 iPhone user respondents. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, descriptive analysis and multiple regression tests. The research results show that product quality and hedonic value have a significant influence on purchase intention, while brand image and content marketing do not show a significant influence. Brand image in this research refers to consumer perceptions of the technology reputation, lifestyle and positive image of the iPhone. Content marketing is evaluated through the effectiveness of video content marketing on social media. Product quality is assessed from various aspects such as reliability, durability and performance. Hedonic value includes aspects of emotional satisfaction and consumers' personal experiences in using the iPhone. In the process of writing the article, researchers conducted field observations to see the condition of MSMEs assisted by DINKOPUMDAG in the Tanah Merah Culinary Tourism Center. Researchers also conducted interviews to explore information about the role of mentoring for traders. The research subjects were MSME players in SWK Tanah Merah, the informants interviewed were 2 out of 8 traders because the two samples had represented the population. MSME assistance is very important for the understanding of simple financial recording of MSME actors because it plays a role in introducing, providing material, and implementing financial recording. Facilitators help MSMEs by providing relevant information, especially regarding simple financial records. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The receivables collection process is carried out in accordance with the Billing Document Attachment. Documents required in this process include invoices, tax invoices, travel documents, and purchase orders. In this research it can be concluded that the Credit Sales Accounting Information System in the receivables collection process at PT. Merauke City is famous for its various local wisdom so that it can be a business opportunity for creative economy actors. For this reason, this study aims to identify forms of creative economy businesses based on local wisdom and their relevance to gender equality in the community in the city of Merauke. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive. While the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, several forms of creative economy businesses were found carried out by the community in the city of Merauke, including; Noken making, rattan weaving crafts, mebel, making wallets and bags from crocodile skin, and crafts from agarwood. The income generated from creative businesses based on local wisdom varies and greatly helps the family's economy. Meanwhile, women's involvement in the creative economy of the community is still in the business of making noken and crocodile skin craftsmen. This research was carried out using qualitative methods with a field research approach. Inductive analysis techniques are used to explain specific things and then draw conclusions. The results of the research found that the Islamic Economic View in looking at the demand for wedding money given by the prospective groom to the prospective bride, with a fairly high amount, had a negative impact on both the prospective groom and the prospective bride, where the demand for wedding money was such a high number is never taught in Islamic Sharia. Therefore, Islamic Sharia prohibits anything excessive, Islam only requires a dowry and not wedding money, but wedding money is not prohibited if it does not burden the prospective bridegroom. Zakat tends to be understood in a legalistic way and seems to be separated from the main mission of zakat, namely the economic welfare of Muslims. This article aims to describe zakat as a socio-economic instrument during the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Methodologically, this article uses the library research method with data collection techniques through articles, books and other supporting documents. This article confirms that the historicity of zakat is closely related to Islamic efforts to achieve economic balance in society. Initially, this zakat collection was a criticism of economic inequality at that time and therefore, within the minimum limit of a person's wealth reaching 85 grams, he was obliged to pay zakat. The meaning is that the zakat instrument is presented for economic equality and pays attention to eight social groups from economic and theological aspects. (2) To determine the influence of price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hawai Bakery Agen Merauke outlet. (3) The approach taken in this research uses a quantitative research approach and the population in this research is 4,757 with a research sample of 94 people. The research results show that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
