It encourages this study to examine the idea of peacebuilding in social media. This study focuses on cases of changing labels from separatist groups to terrorist groups in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive content analysis with the data source coming from Twitter. The analysis tool used is Nvivo 12 Plus. This study shows that social media can be a new alternative to suppressing separatist propaganda through counter-separatism-terrorism narratives. Social media can also form activism that slowly changes public attitudes and responses in assessing national security situations and issues. The intensity of using social media also raises the idea of post-conflict peacebuilding. However, peacebuilding cannot be based entirely on social media alone. Las cámaras de vigilancia se han propuesto como solución a los problemas de criminalidad en el mundo, y a pesar de múltiples estudios en que se pone en entredicho su efectividad, continúan siendo centrales en los discursos de los políticos a la hora de promover seguridad. Gran parte de los estudios sobre los CCTV en América Latina y especialmente en Colombia, se centran precisamente en entender o evaluar su efectividad y en analizar las consecuencias para el espacio y los ciudadanos. En este artículo se presenta la trayectoria del ensamblado de seguridad en Medellín, se hace énfasis en la trayectoria del mismo, y en lo que Schneier denomina como teatro de la vigilancia. El presente artículo presenta un caso de dicho teatro y presenta evidencias para ejemplificar el mismo. El trabajo es resultado de una investigación de documental, tanto en archivos como en medios noticiosos. El análisis de estos documentos permitió identificar las instancias en que el teatro de la vigilancia se ejecuta, a la vez que se establecen discursos y tecnologías que se soportan mutuamente. World practice and the experience of successful domestic agricultural producers show that the use of modern digital technologies makes it possible to create optimal conditions that ensure a significant increase in plant yields, animal productivity and labor productivity throughout the life cycle of agricultural products, reducing material costs for fuels and lubricants, electricity, plant protection products, labor remuneration and other types of expenses, soil fertility preservation and environmental protection. The article systematizes global trends in the spread of digital technologies in the field of agriculture. Based on the data of the federal statistical observation, as well as monitoring of digital maturity, quantitative results of the involvement of ICT specialists (including IT specialists) in the field of agriculture in the period 2019-2021 are presented. Adaptation is considered within the value based and professional approach as a personnel technology that ensures the improvement of the human capital of the enterprise. The article deals with the potential of digital technologies in the practice of adaptation of young professionals in the conditions of \"labor shortage\". The article addresses for the application of an institutional approach that allows estimation the effectiveness of the adaptation technology for young professionals used by educational institutions in Omsk (Russia). The structural-functional method determined the possibility of disclosing the adaptation content as an independent personnel technology included in the digitalization processes. The results of the study involve the identify the potential for digital adaptation of young professionals in educational institutions. The scientific value of the findings is in the classification of existing technologies for the adaptation of young professionals and the assessment of their potential in the context of the implemented personnel policy of an educational institution.
