This protection system requires a Smart 7KT Multi-Function Meter and a PLC. Where the Smart 7KT Multi-Function Meter is used for monitoring then transferred to the PLC and detecting any abnormalities in the system when a disturbance occurs then the Smart 7KT Multi-Function Meter will send data to the PLC, then send a signal to the circuit breaker to disconnect the network that is experiencing disturbance. While the PLC is used to execute data that has been taken by the Multi-function Meter Smart 7KT for control or control on the Multi-function Meter Smart 7KT. When a disturbance occurs, the program on the PLC will protect and the type of disturbance will be displayed on the HMI screen. The results of this project were successful in securing undervoltage disturbances of 314.2 V for line voltages, overvoltage of 412.1 V for line voltages, overcurrent of 1.6 A, and testing of THD voltage between phases V12 of 1.3%, THD V23 of 1.1%, and THD V13 of 1.1%, for THD currents of 14.6% for THD I1, THD I2 of 9.4%, and THD I3 of 10.6% which occur in the electric power installation network which causes damage to electrical equipment.","PeriodicalId":508417,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"10 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141920346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, the primary objective of this research was to ascertain the presence of formalin and borax in food specimens originating from the Depok and East Jakarta locality. The specimens utilized for this investigation encompassed white tofu, yellow tofu, wet noodles, salted snakeskin gourami, salted rainbow sardines, salted fish bulu ayam, salted rebon freshwater shrimp, salted squid, Indonesian style rice crackers (kerupuk gendar), frozen meatballs, and meatballs procured from vendors along the roadside. Qualitative assessments were conducted on the specimens utilizing the formalin test kit for formalin detection, while borax presence was determined through both turmeric extract and turmeric paper. The outcomes derived from this study revealed that samples of wet noodles, Indonesian style rice crackers, and salted rebon freshwater shrimp exhibited positive indications for borax, as evidenced by a discernible alteration in color to red-brownish. In terms of formalin content analysis, the findings demonstrated that yellow tofu, white tofu, wet noodles, and salted rebon freshwater shrimp samples tested positive for formalin using the formalin test kit reagent. It is recommended that regulatory authorities implement regular inspections to monitor the improper use of food additives, particularly preservatives that are prevalent within the community. Furthermore, the general populace is advised to exercise caution when selecting food items to ensure their safety.","PeriodicalId":508417,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"103 47","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140678757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These assumptions are usually as a result of values and beliefs of the society. In spite of the global war against gender inequalities, many societies in Africa are structured in a way that socio-cultural norms form the basis of gender roles. This reflects on many households where men are typically favoured than women in gender roles. However, changing trends across the world has impacted on many areas of society. Therefore, the study assessed the key factors influencing changing gender roles among farm families in Osun State, Nigeria. Data were collected through interview schedule. Multi-stage sampling technique was used to select twenty (20) rural farming households from eight Local Government Areas in the State. Data were described and analyzed using percentage, mean and Pearson product moment correlation. Findings revealed a mean age of 43.5 ± 11.73 years. The mean household size was 6.9±1.7 persons. Access to education and resources (p =0.001) and economic opportunities (p = 0.002). Likewise, environmental factors generally had significant influence on changing gender roles (p = 0.01). This study points to the importance of ensuring that the fair share of responsibilities with regards to gender roles in society is constantly promoted and highlights of their contributions is well recognized.","PeriodicalId":508417,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"42 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140743094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A dataset of 87 campaigns over the last 5 years across rural, urban, northern, southern, and coastal regions was compiled. Deductive and inductive thematic analysis examined shared meanings, communicative actions towards desired ends, socially constructed representations, and additional context-specific patterns. These theoretical lenses provide valuable insights into target audiences, messaging techniques, and facilitating behavioural and social change. Symbolic interactionism focuses on shared meanings arising through social interactions and informs the cultural framing of campaign messages. Pragmatism suggests appealing to the practical impacts on people’s lives rather than abstract principles to motivate change. Finally, social constructionism sees societal issues as constructed through discourse, which campaigns can influence through strategic communication. Together, these three perspectives offer a conceptual toolkit for designing resonant campaigns, grounded in the local context, that raise awareness on issues like poverty, health, and gender equality while also shaping public discourse and norms in the longer term. Further scholarship on practical applications of these theories can improve developmental outcomes in Nigeria. This desk analysis provides a foundation for future empirical studies on campaign design and reception, and sets an agenda for theory-driven communication strategies that create meaningful social change.","PeriodicalId":508417,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"69 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140751772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
