To become a developed country requires a minimum of 20% of entrepreneurs from the total workforce, while Indonesia is still below 8%. Therefore, the core of this community service program is to inspire the spirit of entrepreneurship from an early age to students. Hopefully, in the future, these students will become skilled and competent entrepreneurs. Technically, this entrepreneurship service is to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of entrepreneurship to teenagers, especially students of State Senior High School 4 Palangka Raya. This training is expected to be a provision for them after graduating from school, if they want to start their own business. The method involves training with various materials and visual materials related to entrepreneurship. At the beginning of the activity, students were given an understanding of entrepreneurship in theory, namely the history of entrepreneurship, business theory, financial statements, and business feasibility studies. After that, participants were given an understanding of entrepreneurship through speakers who came from practitioners / entrepreneurs. The material from the practitioner is the experience and tips of entrepreneurship. Then this activity was continued with questions and answers between participants and speakers. Evaluation was conducted through a pre-test (before material exposure) and post-test (after material exposure and Q&A) to measure students' understanding and interest in entrepreneurship. Before receiving the training, participants may feel afraid or hesitant regarding the risks that may arise during entrepreneurship. However, after receiving the training, students began to feel more confident and realized the positive impact they could experience if they were involved in entrepreneurship. One effort to increase logistics efficiency is to increase the understanding of logistics actors themselves through training activities. Therefore, training activities are carried out from academics to logistics practitioners at companies operating in the logistics and supply chain sector. This training was carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of managing logistics. The training was conducted online and attended by various agency participants. The training material discusses efficiency strategies in logistics management and standardization of logistics performance. Various strategies in planning distribution and transportation, selecting transportation modes, selecting delivery routes, and the rules in Incoterm 2020 are discussed accompanied by examples and best practices. Based on the assessment of 14 participants, the pre-test results show that 50% of participants still got a score below 60 and the post-test score shows that the participants' knowledge has experienced a significant increase with more than 70% of participants getting a score above 80. This reflects an increase in understanding. from participants and demonstrate the effectiveness of the training. Moreover, many television devices owned by the public are still analog system televisions. Thus, people need devices that can convert analog signals into digital form and can be displayed on analog television. This device is better known as a Set Top Box (STB). Unfortunately, people only use STB to watch digital TV shows, while STB has many features that can be used to obtain information, communication tools and entertainment media. For this reason, it is necessary to transfer knowledge and technology to the community so that it can optimize the functions and features of the STB, then these activities are packaged in the form of Community Service. From initially having only 9 goats, this group has grown to a total of 50 goats. This group faces several main challenges in the animal feed processing process, which is carried out conventionally by searching for wet grass every day and feeding it twice a day using the manual chopping method. Meanwhile, the manual enumeration process becomes inefficient and takes time and energy. In addition, the availability of grass is becoming increasingly limited due to reduced land and changes in weather. The solution that is considered appropriate is grass fermentation processing, but this also requires chopping first. To overcome this problem, this community service activity aims to increase the amount of optimal animal feed available and increase knowledge, utilize appropriate technology in the form of grass chopping machines, as well as the skills of breeders in using this technology. The urgency of this activity is to provide solutions for farmers to provide sustainable and effective feed. This service activity was carried out starting from surveys and observations, designing grass choppers, making machines, and socializing their use for breeders.
