This means that digitalisation is one of the most frequently mentioned objectives in the development of organisations. This study aims to examine how well-prepared organisations are on the path towards these goals and how can organisational culture help. The quantitative international research involved 692 respondents in 34 countries across 6 continents. Responses were assessed using SPSS software. The results show that an organisational culture that is open to change and based on trust supports digital transformation processes, leadership attitudes, human responses and interactions. Regardless of geographical location and economic performance, organisations face similar challenges and there are no marked differences internationally in terms of preparedness for digital transformation. Hence, this explanatory mixed-method study sought to quantitatively measure the MC of Indonesia’s multireligious communities and to qualitatively explore the factors contributing to the formation of their MC. A quantitative survey with 30-item valid and reliable questionnaires was conducted to measure the MC of 577 respondents from a population of Indonesia’s multireligious communities by using a convenient sampling technique. A descriptive qualitative study was further executed to explore the contributing factors of MC by involving 20 participants recruited using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analysed using descriptive-quantitative and interactive-model techniques. The quantitative data revealed that the multireligious communities had a high level of MC (M=3.64) demonstrated by high levels of multicultural awareness, skills, and knowledge with a balanced composition. The qualitative data highlighted five factors shaping their MC. These factors entailed mutual respect, tolerance, internalization of multicultural attitudes, good communication, and interactions with cultural traditions. Con el fin de establecer el nivel de competencia digital de los futuros docentes de la Universidad de Burgos, se ha diseñado un estudio de carácter descriptivo, contando con la participación de ciento veinte futuros docentes, obteniendo sus datos a través de un muestreo no probabilístico, mediante la adaptación para futuros docentes del cuestionario DigCompEdu Check-In. Los resultados indican niveles competenciales medios y una percepción bastante favorable de sus conocimientos, aunque esta no se corresponde totalmente con los resultados obtenidos. Apenas existen diferencias de nivel competencial entre los futuros maestros/as, aunque estas sí se evidencian con el resto de las titulaciones impartidas en la Universidad de Burgos. La investigación en este campo muestra que distintos grupos sociales usan y aprenden a través de tecnologías digitales informalmente, emulando lo que ven en sus contextos sociales inmediatos. Al mismo tiempo, las tecnologías digitales se desarrollan y distribuyen desde posiciones deterministas, reduciendo el margen de reflexión sobre sus usos y limitaciones. Este artículo reflexiona acerca de las desigualdades socio-digitales relacionadas con el proceso de plataformización de la educación pública en Cataluña. El análisis se basa en una investigación mixta desarrollada durante 2022 que incluyó entrevistas con expertos y expertas y direcciones de escuelas e institutos, grupos de discusión con docentes, grupos de discusión con alumnado, y un cuestionario dirigido a familias de alumnado en educación obligatoria. Los resultados alertan sobre varios aspectos que pueden limitar el principio de equidad en la implementación de las plataformas digitales en educación. More and more, funding and evaluation agencies are using social impact as a required criterion when assessing the excellence of research proposals and researchers’ CV. However, research has identified elemental confusions about what social impact is in most research proposals, CVs and consulting companies. Based on the communicative methodology which co-led the creation and elaboration of the priorities of social impact and co-creation, the study presented in this paper includes the knowledge co-created along years of dialogues with scientists and citizens and a documentary analysis of four official documents on social impact and researcher evaluation. En concreto, se estudiará como el factor étnico de la red condiciona su proceso de incorporación a los grupos primarios de la sociedad de acogida. Para llevar esto a cabo se desarrolla un indicador que nos permite conocer la concentración étnica de la red, diferenciando entre redes étnicas, mixtas y nativas. Posteriormente, aplicando un análisis de correspondencias se identifican aquellas variables que influyen en el proceso de evolución relacional de las redes sociales. Las principales conclusiones apuntan a que las redes de los inmigrantes no evolucionan de manera natural hacia redes asimiladas, sino que lo que se produce es un proceso de ampliación de la red. Así, las redes mixtas se constituyen como la forma más común de desarrollar vínculos con nativos.
