The study aims to identify and understand the factors that significantly affect urban growth and sustainability. Through rigorous preprocessing and validation processes, including factor analysis and comparative studies, the study examined variables such as infrastructure development, forms of local government, regional influences, and service provisions. The results highlighted the critical role of infrastructure development in urban growth, with a strong correlation between well-developed infrastructure and sustainable urban development. The form of government and regional characteristics also emerged as influential factors, affecting policy formulation and resource allocation. Notably, services provided by local governments were found to be crucial in supporting urban development. This study sheds light on the complexities of urban development dynamics and offers insights into how policy, governance, and infrastructure impact urban growth and sustainability. It underscores the necessity for tailored approaches that consider local contexts and the specific needs of urban populations. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research, emphasizing the need for longitudinal studies, qualitative insights, and policy impact assessments to build upon the findings and support the development of effective urban development strategies.","PeriodicalId":504251,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Social Sciences and Legal Studies","volume":"239 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141012780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It supports a culture of authentic leadership through introspective research, moral stewardship, and the cultivation of shared responsibilities. Moreover, it accentuates the urgent need for robust leadership within institutional governance by providing effective strategies for ethical stewardship, fostering accountability, and promoting excellence. Digital currency means crypto currency and which means Bitcoin, NFT Ethereum, etc. Day by day those digital currencies are increasing in the crypto market. In Bangladesh this currency medium is not approved yet. But this digital currency can change the whole view of Bangladesh's perspective if it’s approved by the government. This digital currency can play an influential role in e-commerce and business and can change massively for the economy's growth. The acceptance of digital currency in Bangladesh is now a matter because this is an important issue in this globalized world. All the western countries approve of the digital currency dealing system which is binding by their law and they trust in their highly configured block chain security for this. The Russia-Ukraine war makes it more important to approve it because many economic issues and crises over the world arise. We know digital currency has no central control in terms of security. That is why the regulatory framework is very much necessary before approval. There is a large scope for digital currency in Bangladesh for use in different fields. Especially in e-commerce business or any kind of trading in the international market this digital currency can be the best transaction system. Right now, in Bangladesh, there is no specific law for digital currency exchange. But it should be approved to improve the economy in this globalized world. This paper tries to find out why this digital currency approval is important for Bangladesh and how it’s security can be ensured through law.","PeriodicalId":504251,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Social Sciences and Legal Studies","volume":"114 25","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140381309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main attention of this research is 22 city-related words applied to the tweets. The method of this research is to mine big data extracted from Twitter over the course of four weeks. The basis for analyzing is the text of tweets. The applied concepts and theories are borrowed from Habermas's public sphere theory, Lefebvre's spatial dialectic, and Manuel Castles’ space of flows. The results obtained from the analysis of tweets suggest that Persian Twitter users emphasize the central cities of Tehran and Isfahan when discussing the city. The space of flow theory is also visible without it contradicting the spatial dialectic of Lefebvre due to the spatial structure of Twitter, as users go back and forth between the urban space and the online space in an attempt to have a conversation with each other about urban issues. In Persian Twitter without historical and spatial logic, users write about the city and communicate with each other. Finally, despite the centrism mentality in Persian Twitter, it has challenged the possibility of forming a dialogue space for citizens.","PeriodicalId":504251,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Social Sciences and Legal Studies","volume":"83 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140501233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
