The sterilization process was studied using various thermal processing techniques (sun drying and electric drying) and non-thermal processing techniques (ultraviolet) for exposure times of 1 to 6 hours, as well as re-exposing previously sun-dried and electric-dried manure to UV-C for exposure times of 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes.
