The ability of an administrator to understand educational marketing is a prerequisite for the continuity and growth of his institution. This research is a qualitative study with data collection methods of documentation, observation and interviews, with descriptive analysis. The results stated that the implementation of marketing management is the main point of a school institution to promote the school and to get the expected prospective students. This study aims to describe the teacher's role in managing the classroom to increase student activeness in the classroom. This research is a literature study which literature, with documentary data collection and analysis using content analysis. The results state that the teacher's role in organizing an active class is an effort to organize life in the classroom in order to create an effective and efficient learning process. Teachers use collaborative methods, namely involving students actively in the learning process in it, students are more confident, brave and able to work together in expressing the arguments they get in the learning process, students who are not responsible for the tasks assigned by the teacher, or families who do not cooperate with the teacher. In addition, it is also necessary to consider aspects of 1A (Sharia) in decision making. The purpose of this study is to find out about the application of the 5C + 1A principles in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. By using two data sources, namely primary data obtained by conducting interviews with Islamic banks, secondary data obtained from literature, books, journals, the internet and previous research. In data analysis, the authors here use an inductive way of thinking that starts with data and information about the application of the 5C+1A principles in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that the application of the 5C+1A principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economic and Sharia Aspects) in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks is carried out to prevent the process of providing financing that is not on target in order to minimize bad financing. Based on the results of the data obtained in the field through interviews, observation and documentation that the learning carried out at MI Badrussalam Surabaya adapts students with special needs (PDBK), each child has a learning program design tailored to their learning needs. If the management of learning in classrooms where PDBK children respond to their learning needs the results will be more optimal and this requires the cooperation of all parties, starting from the special supervising teacher who handles PDBK with the class teacher who teaches in class every day. The methodology employed in this study involves literature review and analysis of Al-Ghazali's works, particularly his seminal work \"Ihya Ulum al-Din\" (Revival of the Religious Sciences). The results of this study indicate that Al-Ghazali regarded Sufism as a means to achieve self-realization and the highest spiritual goals through the integration of knowledge and mystical experiences. Al-Ghazali's understanding of the relationship between human will and the divine will, as well as the significance of overcoming desires and ego in attaining spiritual perfection, is also illuminated.
