The purpose of the work was to study the infl uence of biologically active substances in the diet on the productive and reproductive traits of pigs. The conducted studies are devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the use of folic acid and trace element salts in the diet of pregnant sows on their reproductive traits, as well as the growth, development and meat productivity of the young pigs. The feeding diet of the animals of the experimental groups was identical, however, the sows of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th experimental groups in addition to the main diet received biologically active additives folic acid and trace element salts from the fi rst to the last day of pregnancy. It was found that in the 1st control group based on one sow a total of 11,0 piglets were obtained, whereas in the 2nd experimental group there was by 1 piglet more, in the 3rd experimental group by 1,5 heads more, and in the 4th experimental by 2,2 heads more. The use of folic acid and trace element salts in the feeding of sows also had a positive effect on the live weight, absolute and average daily live weight gains of the young pigs. Moreover, the best results were obtained in the 4th experimental group, where sows received folic acid and trace element salts together. So, it is economically justified to use biologically active additives based on folic acid and trace element salts in the diet of pigs, which significantly reduces expenditures of feed per unit of production.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"140 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With a shortage of fats, the growth of animals, especially young animals, slows down. The purpose of the work was to study the meat productivity of pigs when using vegetable oils in their diets. The results of the study of the chemical parameters of meat indicate that the quality of pork was due to the eff ect of adding oil to the diet in diff erent amounts, because under the same conditions of housing and feeding diff erent values of individual qualitative indicators were obtained. In animals of the 1st experimental group (1,0 % soybean oil) of Large White breed compared with animals of the control group, an increased content of total moisture in the muscle tissue by 0,46 abs.% was noted and in crossbreds by 0,37 abs.%, which indicated the best technological qualities of meat and less losses during cooking. The muscle tissue of pigs of the 1st experimental group in purebred and crossbred pigs contained 2,22 abs.% more fat than in the control group. There was more fat in the control group than in the 2nd experimental group by 1,60 abs.%. Pork in the 1st experimental groups both purebred and crossbred pigs due to the higher content of soy oil in the diet had a better organoleptic evaluation. The expediency of using vegetable oil when feeding young pigs of Large White breed and its crossbreds has been revealed. At the same time, the best results were noted when 1,0 % soybean oil was included in the compound feed. The dosage in the amount of 0,5 % soybean oil did not give positive results compared with the same dosage of sunfl ower oil in compound feed for the control group.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the grain balance its share is 5–7 %, in the feed – 30–35 %. Today, corn is cultivated in 58 countries on an area of 138–141 million hectares. Corn plays a crucial role in the restoration and expansion of the fodder base. In recent years, due to the need to optimize labor and money costs when cultivating corn, it has become especially difficult to choose the right method of basic tillage for corn. Most authors who study the influence of tillage methods on corn yield believe that disking as the main tillage is inferior to plowing in terms of moisture retention and accumulation, the effect on corn yield and crop contamination. According to some data, one of the elements of corn cultivation technology that have an advantage are hybrids with increased drought resistance, cold resistance, resistance to lodging and fragility of the stem. The purpose of the work was to determine the features and improve the technology of cultivation of corn for grain on ordinary chernozem in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The objects of research are medium–ripened, medium-early and early-maturing hybrids DKS 3939, AC 201, Mashuk 171. In the conditions of the Republic the complex infl uence of tillage techniques – disking and plowing, as well as hybrids of foreign and domestic breeding on soil fertility and corn grain productivity was studied. The cultivation of corn hybrids in the zone of unstable moisture has proved a positive agronomic assessment of the treatment method – plowing, which is justified not only by the increase in yield, but also by its economic efficiency.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Against the background of many advantages of the breed, there are problems with reproduction and negative energy balance after calving. An innovative approach in feeding is the enrichment of the ration of animals with the energy and carbohydrate additive “Tanrem”, nutrients of which being natural prebiotics and energy sources, are able to activate metabolic processes. The purpose of the research was to study the effect of the energy and carbohydrate additive “Tanrem” on milk productivity and milk composition of cows of Holstein breed. Scientifi c and economic experiment was carried out in LLC “Agro-Alliance” in the Chishminsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan. For the experiment cows of Holstein breed for the third lactation were selected in the amount of 40 animals, which were provided with the same conditions of housing. In order to select the optimal dosages of the additive the animals were divided into 4 groups. Cows of the 1st control group received the main ration adopted on the farm. Cows of the experimental groups consumed a ration enriched with the energy and carbohydrate additive “Tanrem” in a daily dose, respectively: group 2 – 250, group 3 – 500 and group 4 – 750 g/head. For 305 days of lactation the superiority of cows of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th experimental groups on the control was as follows: 198,2 kg or 2,39 % (p < 0,05), 458,8 kg or 5,53 % (p < 0,001) and 408,9 kg or 4,93 % (p < 0,001), respectively. The data obtained indicate the expediency of enriching the ration of dairy cows with the energy and carbohydrate additive “Tanrem”. The economic analysis confirmed the established fact and indicated that the most effective rate of application of the tested additive is 500 g/head per day.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Of course, the use of herbal supplements in various forms requires constant monitoring, taking into account the accuracy of dosages, this is especially important when regular intake is considered. Currently, a new feed additive has been developed – a biostimulator of plant origin. The biostimulator includes: yarrow – 20 %, dioecious nettle – 20 %, blueberry leaves – 20 %, medicinal sage -18 %, St. John’s wort – 17 %, common tansy – 3 % and spruce resin – 2 %. The purpose of the work was to study the growth, development and meat productivity of steers when using a biostimulator of plant origin. Experimental studies were carried out in the breeding farm of the agricultural complex “Zarya” in the Mozhginsky district of the Udmurt Republic. The objects of research were steers of Black-and-White breed. The control group of steers received the main farm ration and the steers of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups in addition to the main ration received a daily biostimulator of plant origin in the amount of 0,15 and 0,30 g per 1 kg of live weight. It was found as a result of research that when using the biostimulator of plant origin in the amount of 0,30 g per 1 kg of live weight during the preweaning period in the ration of fattening steer, the prime-cost of live weight gain for the entire rearing period decreases, while the profitability of beef production increases by 8,2 abs.% in relation to the control group of steers.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Initially, a reconnaissance experiment was carried out to identify the optimal dosage of introducing a new feed additive Di-lactocin-Ya into the diets of the replacement chickens of the cross Hisex Brown. In order to do this from the livestock of chickens aged 15–17 weeks four groups were formed. The chickens of the experimental groups in addition to the main diet were fed with a new studing additive Di-lactocin-Ya in doses of 4, 5 and 6 g per 1 kg of feed. According to the results of the experiment, the optimal dosage of the feed additive Di-lactocin-Ya was established for the introduction of 5 g/kg of feed into the diets of breeding young and adult chickens. The main production experiment was carried out in two stages. The fi rst stage of the experiment was carried out on the replacement young chickens at the age of 14–17 weeks during puberty three groups of were formed for this purpose per 70 heads in each. The second stage of the experiment was carried out on adult breeding hens from the moment of transfer to an adult breeding herd to the passage of the fi rst phase of egg production in the period of 18–40 weeks. For this purpose, three groups were formed per 60 laying hens in each. The conditions of feeding and housing of experimental animals were typical, according to the requirements of the technology. The results obtained in the research give grounds to recommend the use in the industrial poultry egg breeding of diets based on local non-traditional ingredients, including chickpeas with the replacement of expensive soybean meal and the replacement of feed antibiotics with feed additives Di-lactocin-Ya and Baksin-KD.","PeriodicalId":497758,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie selʹskohozâjstvennyh životnyh i kormoproizvodstvo","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135286969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
