The sanctions imposed against Russia have become a real challenge for the participants of the medical equipment market, causing a number of problems that both manufacturers and consumers of this equipment have to overcome. In this article, we will look at exactly how the sanctions affected the market of medical devices, and what prospects are opening up for the Russian medical industry in the field of import substitution. Look at the China from the point of view of a supplier of medical equipment under sanctions. We will describe the main ways of cooperation with chinese suppliers: from finding a specific solution in China to localization of production in Russia. Let's highlight the subtleties that exist when working with manufacturers from China. In order for the topic to be fully disclosed, here is a list of the largest manufacturers of medical equipment and gadgets for the medical industry. According to the author, in the conditions of a shortage of Western equipment and restrictions in the maintenance of existing equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to the east. China as a global manufacturer of materials, components and finished products can help replace some of the equipment, and eventually completely displace Western technology.","PeriodicalId":496416,"journal":{"name":"Российский журнал телемедицины и электронного здравоохранения","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135924727","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neurologic disorders make a significant contribution to overall morbidity. For example, in recent years in Moscow, the overall incidence of diseases of the nervous system in children is 7637.1 per 100.000 people. The chronic course of neurologic disorders and the need for long-term rehabilitation determine the widespread use of digital technologies in this area. Materials and methods. A literature review was conducted in the PubMed database. The inclusion criteria for studies were the use of digital technologies and the participation of patients under 18 years of age in testing and evaluating the effectiveness of these methods. Results. In this paper we reviewed the use of digital technologies in disorders such as cerebral palsy (CP), epilepsy, headaches including migraines, and multiple sclerosis. Modern wearable diagnostic and neuroimaging devices have been described. In the treatment of cerebral palsy, home rehabilitation options are receiving high interest. The most common area in which remote monitoring is used is the chronic headaches monitoring. Many available solutions have been developed in this area, such as digital diaries, which are used to identify the causes and triggers of migraines exacerbations and tension headaches. Telemedicine consultations increase patient access to neurological and neurosurgical care, and use of teleconsultations is increasing rapidly in recent years. Conclusion. Thus, there is currently an active development of digital technologies in pediatric neurology. Telemedicine consultations, virtual and augmented reality technologies, and the use of applications on smartphones and related devices are becoming new high-quality and objective methods of patient management.","PeriodicalId":496416,"journal":{"name":"Российский журнал телемедицины и электронного здравоохранения","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135867674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this article the author describes three basic, fundamental barriers to the development of digital technologies in medicine and their implementation in clinical practice: 1. Financial barrier. 2. Personnel barrier. 3. Lack of absolute knowledge in medicine. According to the author, these barriers are basic because they cannot be overcome at the present stage without general development of society. Digital technologies require funding - this must be accepted and considered when implementing them. If technologies require financing, then their introduction into a healthcare system, where there is no excess of financing, can lead to DT competition with other technologies and healthcare items of expenditure. Regarding the personnel barrier, it is worth highlighting two important components: the need to increase the number of specialists and the need to have specialists with a certain set of knowledge and competencies. This paper analyzes several ways of solving this barrier, such as using artificial intelligence, a personal medical assistant. Significant financial costs, the need to exclude subjective assessment, complex principles for obtaining evidence-based knowledge, the variety of subject areas studied in medicine make it difficult to quickly obtain reliable information about human health. This is the third of the limiting barriers to the introduction of digital technologies in medicine. For a wider introduction of digital technologies in medicine, the efforts of scientists, developers, healthcare organizers, and decision makers should be directed to overcome these barriers.","PeriodicalId":496416,"journal":{"name":"Российский журнал телемедицины и электронного здравоохранения","volume":"413 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135842850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that, unlike ICD11, in DSM-V, the term hypochondria was replaced by a disorder of distorted interpretation of somatic symptoms and disease-oriented anxiety disorder. The concept of interoceptive awareness for understanding health anxiety is detailed. Cognitive behavioral models of health anxiety by P. Salkovskis et al. are described. and Albert Junyang Higgins-Chen et al. The general modules of remote cognitive behavioral therapy of health anxiety are systematized. The overall effectiveness of remote CBT protocols of health anxiety is shown and its predictors are identified.","PeriodicalId":496416,"journal":{"name":"Российский журнал телемедицины и электронного здравоохранения","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135842853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, telemedicine is one of the most rapidly developing areas in the healthcare system. The aim is to study the awareness and attitude of doctors to telemedicine technologies in the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. 138 doctors of different specialties (64 cardiologists, 24 neurologists and 50 therapists) took part in the survey using the original questionnaire «Awareness and attitude of doctors to telemedicine technologies». Results. Most physicians in therapeutic specialties are aware of telemedicine consultations. They are ready to devote 20% of their working time to telemedicine consultations. They want to learn new technologies. Cardiologists, unlike neurologists, therapists, think better that the work of a doctor will become more efficient through telemedicine. They are convinced that telemedicine consultations can reduce anxiety, self-medication and complications in patients. Doctors know little and rarely use remote telemonitoring. Most cardiologists and therapists are ready to focus on telemetry and have time to working for this method. Neurologists are more wary of the introduction of telemetry: about 50% see the benefits of this monitoring method. Most cardiologists believe that remote telemetry increases the availability of medical care, reduces economic costs and reduces the number of unmotivated visits to the doctor. Conclusion. Based on this study, it can be concluded that a broad information campaign is currently needed. It should be aimed at solving information, organizational, medical and ethical problems to increase the value of telemedicine technologies and trust in them.","PeriodicalId":496416,"journal":{"name":"Российский журнал телемедицины и электронного здравоохранения","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135842852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
