Previous studies have suggested that Experiential Marketing (EM) can improve Customer Satisfaction (CS), Brand Loyalty (BL) and trust (TRT), while Brand Image (BI) impacts a brand’s perception. Furthermore, Relationship Quality (RQ) has three key dimensions: commitment (COMMIT), TRT and CS. Starbucks, a major brand in Taiwan, was chosen for the relationship marketing study. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on 294 valid respondents, this study examines six hypotheses as well as the moderating effect of EM. The results showed three mediating effects centered on CS, and EM moderated the pathway between TRT-CS and CS-COMMIT.

","PeriodicalId":494317,"journal":{"name":"Qǐyè guǎnlǐ xuébào","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134994509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the model used in advertisement can influence consumer behaviour. However, given the gendered nature of sports, it is unclear whether the gender of the model affects the effectiveness of the advertisements. 63 respondents were recruited to view an advertisement featuring either a male or female athlete. Independent t-tests showed that there was no significant difference in the perception of quality (t(61)=1.61, p>.10) and purchase intention (t(61)=1.27, p>.10) between the two groups. Further analysis showed that while the male athlete captured more attention and encourage consumers to take a closer look at the advertisement and the advertised brand, it did not lead to a more positive evaluation of the advertised product. The study concludes that the process from visual attention to behavioural intention can be complex and require further study.

","PeriodicalId":494317,"journal":{"name":"Qǐyè guǎnlǐ xuébào","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134994672","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analytical framework examining the relationship between content messaging, cues, and positioning was also developed to investigate social media marketing and brand positioning. The study combines big data techniques, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, data exploration, disambiguation, and model prediction techniques to observe public behavior and preferences. This study was intended to highlight the importance of functional cues (message recognition) and symbolic cues (positive emotional response) in brand communication, and the findings suggest that brands on social media platforms can use relevant messaging to stimulate brand awareness and facilitate user interaction. In summary, this study contributes to an understanding of key messaging characteristics of branding on social media, explores the differences in user behavior across brands, and documents the impact of cues on user engagement. The results demonstrate that advanced data analysis techniques can be used to extract representative keywords and determine their impact on brand interactions in the context of physical and virtual products.

","PeriodicalId":494317,"journal":{"name":"Qǐyè guǎnlǐ xuébào","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134994507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
