Frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and CONCOR analysis were conducted using Textom, a big data analysis solution, and the results were visualized using Ucinet. As a result of frequency analysis and centrality analysis, large airlines and eco-friendly activities were exposed frequently, also their connectivity with other keywords was high. The result of the concor analysis was classified into four groups which are Korean Air\"s ESG activities, airlines\" ESG organizational activities, Asiana Airlines\" social contribution activities, and ESG evaluation organization. As a result of the study, the following implications were derived for Airlines’s ESG. Governments and associated organizations should provide support and policy for Low-Cost Airlines’s ESG while it will be also necessary for ESG evaluation organizations to establish systematic and equitable evaluation standards. Lastly, management and supervision system will be required for Airlines to perform authentic and sustainable ESG activities.","PeriodicalId":487974,"journal":{"name":"Gwan'gwang le'jeo yeon'gu","volume":"121 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135758102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Python, an open source program, has gained popularity as an alternative to traditional software like SPSS due to its ability to incorporate the latest techniques, provide clear data visualization, and facilitate the sharing of analysis results. This study compared the basic statistical analysis capabilities of Python and SPSS in the tourism industry and found no significant differences between the two. Therefore, Python could be a useful tool for expanding and innovating data analysis methods in various academic fields, including tourism.","PeriodicalId":487974,"journal":{"name":"Gwan'gwang le'jeo yeon'gu","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135758103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data was collected for an empirical analysis through a survey with 303 consumers that used a hotel invited. The research hypotheses were tested in a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The analysis results were as follows: restorativeness servicescapes had effects on positive and negative emotional responses; first, restorativeness servicescape had effects on emotional responses; second, positive emotional responses had impacts on value co-creation; and third, value co-creation played a mediating role between restorativenes servicescape and positive emotional responses. Negative emotional responses had no impacts on value co-creation, thus havig no mediating effects between restorativenes servicescape and value co-creation.","PeriodicalId":487974,"journal":{"name":"Gwan'gwang le'jeo yeon'gu","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135758104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
