CPS simulations were conducted and verified for small and medium-sized food manufacturers, focusing on improvements made through FOM and VSM analysis. Optimal solutions were found to improve the non-value-added process, and productivity improvement measures were derived. The KPI visualization dashboard made it possible to detect problems in real time and make data-based decisions. The Response Surface Method (RSM) was utilized to optimize the frame design while maintaining the same stress level as the conventional frame model. An optimal design was realized by substitute the material of battery frame from steel to aluminum and in addition reinforcing it with glass fiber sheet molding compounds (GF-SMC). Four design variables were identified to adjust the frame thickness to reduce the frame weight. The objective function was set as minimizing the weight of the battery carrier while maintaining stress levels equivalent to the conventional frame model using steel. The predicting accuracy from RSM shows a good result as 98%. The distribution of loads of the tooth contact regions was quantified by introducing the load-sharing factor. In addition, the specific sliding, defined as the ratio of the sliding speed to the speed of a transverse profile in the direction tangent to the profile, was analyzed to consider the wear characteristics of the e-PGS pinion. The effects of average apical pressure and wall shear stress were found to determine the cleaning quality of the root canal. Using a G-30 needle and a flow rate of 0.26 ml/s, met acceptance criteria in apical pressure. In the straight root canal shape, the side-vent type enhanced the smear layer removal area more effectively attributed to the wall shear stress. In curved root canals, the flat open type was beneficial in generating wall shear stress relative to the curvature of the curved canal. In the fluidity of the cleaning solution according to the bubble dissolution, a slight change appeared in the average apical pressure. To this end, ultrasonic transducers and horns with longitudinal vibration characteristics of 40 kHz grounded in theoretical equations were designed. Subsequently, tensile experiments on materials were conducted and applied for precise wavelength analysis. Modal and harmonic response analysis using CAE was performed to predict vibration characteristics and natural frequencies for the designed ultrasonic knife. As a result of the analysis, the study revealed that the knife had an intrinsic frequency characteristic of about 38.1 kHz and vibrated in the axial direction.
