The article analyzes the possibility of using the climate agenda as a driver of growth of the national economies of the EAEU countries both in general and in the country aspect. The directions of updating the climate agenda for the EAEU countries are being investigated. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the main directions of application of the «green» agenda in Russia and in the EAEU, as well as existing concepts and approaches to solving this problem in the countries of the union, as a catalyst for socio-economic progress and integration interaction. The research is based on dialectical and institutional approaches. Despite the development of concepts of «green» development and financing of relevant projects in a number of countries, the climate agenda and environmental sustainability issues remain less relevant in practice, both at the country and integration levels. Some important indicators that determine the standard of living are considered and both economic and socio-cultural reasons that affect the life quality in development of market relations are investigated. Despite the positive results achieved in economy of Tajikistan due to the state skillful policy, many aspects of it for some reasons cannot consider satisfactory yet. It is proved that the current trends of modern socio-economic development bring the problems of living standards among the state strategy priorities. The general contours of social policy as a factor in the human capital formation and development, which are relevant at the current stage of development, are defined. The purpose of the study: to identify problems related to improving the human capital and the state regulation methods in the level of life development. Methods: modern theoretical developments, practical analyses and an innovative approach to the reproduction of labor resources. This study aims to examine the relationship between workload, job satisfaction and motivation to leave work among nurses working in the healthcare sector in Mongolia. The study used a scale developed by Ivziku D. et al (2022) to measure workload. The Generic Job Satisfaction Scale developed by McDonald and McIntyre (1997) was used to measure job satisfaction, and motivation to leave a job was measured by Liu H.L. et al (2018, 2019) with using the intention to leave scale. The study randomly selected 185 nurses from 279 pediatric nurses working in Ulaanbaatar. Subsequently, the reliability and correlation analysis of the metric variables was conducted and the results were obtained using structural equation modeling (SEM). The author of the study gives the opinion that it is budgetary policy as part of financial policy that plays a priority role and is the main tool in solving problems and tasks in the post-crisis period, and also puts forward the basic priorities of responsible budgetary policy in the social sphere in conditions of macroeconomic instability, including within the framework of the Great Isolation. The article concludes that the best foreign practices in post-crisis economies are associated with the reorientation of public spending to support national economies and the creation of favorable conditions for improving the welfare of citizens, the growth of enterprises, entrepreneurship.
