Posters are one such medium that can significantly enhance students' attention and interest during learning sessions. However, traditional posters often lack elements that make them interactive and engaging enough to substantially impact speaking skills and teamwork. This study aims to introduce and evaluate the effectiveness of a novel learning medium, known as Luth-Badila’s Learning Time, which utilizes uniquely designed 3D posters incorporating subject materials, quizzes, and a rotating clock embedded in a robot's head to attract students' attention and improve their speaking skills and teamwork. The implementation of Luth-Badila’s Learning Time in classrooms has shown promising results, with a noticeable increase in student engagement, improved speaking skills, and enhanced teamwork. The novelty of this learning medium lies in its interactive 3D design and the integration of multiple educational elements into a single poster, which is a significant departure from traditional 2D posters. The findings suggest that incorporating such innovative and interactive learning media in educational settings can lead to better student outcomes, particularly in terms of speaking skills and collaborative abilities. Specific Background: In Neniari Village, the RHL program has been implemented with mixed success, utilizing agroforestry systems and involving various species, including both timber and non-timber plants. Knowledge Gap: Existing studies often lack detailed analysis of the factors influencing RHL success at a community and ecological level. Aims: This study seeks to evaluate the overall success of the RHL program in Neniari Village by considering plant survival rates, environmental factors, and community participation. Results: The survival rate of plants averaged 70%, indicating a moderate level of rehabilitation success, which did not meet the targeted benchmarks. New and renewable energy (EBT) encompasses various primary sources such as solar (PLTS), geothermal (PLTP), water (PLTA), wind (PLTB), etc. To meet the high demand for electricity, harnessing energy from sunlight is explored as an alternative power generator. Utilizing buildings’ roofs for solar cell installation is a common practice. However, challenges arise including the initially high investment for purchasing solar cell components, batteries for energy storage, inverters, and installation costs. Despite these challenges, the monthly operational costs are minimal. The government, through Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 26 of 2021 concerning rooftop solar power systems, supports the legal framework of this which is linked to the electricity grid held by the license holders for electricity supply for public purposes. Furthermore, rooftop solar power systems can be on-grid with the national electricity network (jaringan PLN) to meet energy needs when the installed capacity is below the electricity demand of the consumers. This writing employs a research method with a normative juridical approach by examining literature through a doctrinal perspective. The research results focus on the legality, requirements, and processes involved in the construction of rooftop solar power plants, detailing considerations across various factors before deciding to establish them, including the procedures, regulations, and agreements when integrating rooftop solar power systems into the national electricity network managed by the state electricity company. \u0000Highlights: \u0000 \u0000 \u0000High Initial Investment: Discusses the challenges related to the upfront costs of purchasing solar components, batteries, inverters, and installation despite minimal operational costs. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Government Support: Emphasizes the role of government regulations, such as Regulation Number 26 of 2021, in supporting and providing a legal framework for rooftop solar power systems connected to the national electricity grid. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Integration with National Grid: Highlights the on-grid capability of rooftop solar power systems, enabling them to supplement energy needs and aligning with the capacity of the national electricity network managed by the state electricity company (PLN). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Legality, Solar Cell, New and Renewable Energy (EBT), On-Grid.
