The article examines the evolution of public-non-profit relations at the regional level in Russia against the background of nationwide restrictions on the activities of so-called NGOs. Russia has also recently introduced a policy of supporting so-called NGOs, but there is a duality in the position of the Government of the Russian Federation in relation to socially oriented non-profit organizations. One of the main goals of a business is to make a profit. However, modern companies understand that in the long run, basing a business on profit maximization alone is unwise. After all, a significant decrease in resources and a negative impact on the environment will certainly lead to problems. In light of these changes, many companies are rethinking their strategy and implementing socially responsible approaches in their activities. They begin to take into account the interests of a wide range of stakeholders: customers, investors, employees, the state and society as a whole. This means that businesses need to be more transparent and accountable to their customers by offering them quality products and services. In addition, companies attract the attention of the public by demonstrating their social activity and concern for society - by organizing charity events, sponsoring social projects and taking part in solving public problems. Such changes help companies strengthen their image and improve their reputation, which contributes to increased trust from customers and the public at large. Moreover, this approach helps attract new investors and partners who demand social responsibility and high standards from companies. A key factor for the successful implementation of socially responsible approaches is changing the culture within the company. Leaders must ensure that all employees share the values of the company and take part in its social and environmental initiatives. Implementing socially responsible practices also requires investing in clean technology and equipment to help companies reduce their environmental footprint and use resources efficiently. The scientific article reveals the essence and reasons for the development of the institution of informal employment in the Russian Federation and characterizes the correlation between the dynamics of the development of shadow labor activity and the state of the country's tax system. The authors present and analyze statistical data that determine the state of the institution of informal employment in Russia: the dynamics of the number of informally employed citizens, their gender and age structure, as well as sectoral distribution are characterized. A study was conducted, according to the results of which, it was determined that informal employment and the tax component of the Russian economic system are characterized by significant mutual influence. Tax statistics are presented and analyzed and the role of reducing the number of informally employed population in ensuring the stable functioning of the tax system of the Russian Federation is explained. The authors note that the transition to sustainable development and infrastructural development of environmentally friendly industries is impossible without the active intervention of the state. The mechanisms of the influence of the green economy on corporate finance are discussed, including regulation, fiscal policy, increasing operational efficiency, developing the product line, strengthening the brand and goodwill of the company, as well as the formation of green ecosystems. In addition, the phenomenon of greenwashing is revealed, as well as the process of developing international reporting standards in the field of sustainable development. It is noted that despite the general state of uncertainty characteristic of the last three years, starting from the era of covid, the future development of international economic relations will be determined by the dual impact of digitalization processes, including finance, and the climate agenda. Separately, the impact on the current state of international trade of the spread of the platform infrastructure created by the digital giants of the Megacap - 8 group, as well as the activities of mega-global financial corporations, is considered. Particular emphasis is placed on the ambiguity of the consequences of the widespread use of blockchain technology, the positive aspects of which are certainly recognized. It is concluded that the modern transformation of the field of finance and monetary policy is becoming one of the most important factors influencing the course of world trade.
