Teachers at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto are still not able to make good use of Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft 365 features. It can be seen that there is a lot of interest in using Microsoft 365 but there is a lack of understanding so its use is not yet optimal. This community service activity is carried out by utilizing Microsoft Teams as one of the features in Microsoft 365 which can be used for virtual meets like this PKM implementation method. Problems experienced by partners such as those above can be overcome with PKM solutions in the form of efforts to increase teacher professionalism by providing training on the use of Microsoft 365 as a learning medium. Waste can cause environmental problems if its presence is not handled properly. The aim of this activity is to provide direct training, especially in processing wood waste on the coast of Mustika, Pancer hamlet, Pesanggaran subdistrict. This activity includes the observation stage, implementation which consists of socialization and direct training, the final stage is making activity reports and evaluation Waste in the form of wood waste produced in coastal areas is in the form of tree branches carried by currents or branches from trees around the beach. The activity started with observations to see the problem of wood waste accumulation that was not managed properly. The socialization activity on managing wood waste into briquettes was carried out in one day, attended by 30 participants from various levels of society. The program's implementation includes the distribution of quality milkfish fingerlings to milkfish farmers as part of community engagement. The program aims to improve the technical knowledge of milkfish farming, strengthen the capacity of aquaculture infrastructure, and support the sustainability of the fisheries industry in the region. The methods employed include technical training, the provision of quality milkfish fingerlings, and assistance in the maintenance and marketing of milkfish farming products. Throughout the engagement activities, the community has shown great enthusiasm and participation. This is evident in the number of involved milkfish farmers, high attendance rates, active participation in discussions, and field activities. Madrasah Aliyah 2 Surakarta (MAN 2 Surakarta) is a private Islamic-based school in the city of Surakarta that has a Boarding School program for girls located not far from the main building. Based on observations, the condition of the UKS room in the girls' boarding school building does not meet the general UKS standards and the management of the UKS triad is not optimal. The aim of this community service is to improve UKS management facilities as a means of optimizing health improvement through trained UKS ambassadors. The method applied in this community service consists of Situational Analysis (Problems), Solutions, and Implementation of UKS Ambassador Training. For example, the coffee shops in the Tisnonegaran Village have become a significant tourist destination contributing to the local economy. However, coffee industry stakeholders face several challenges. The availability of high-quality coffee beans is a major concern as they often need to be sourced from outside the city, leading to stock instability and price fluctuations due to high delivery costs. To address these challenges, artisan coffee roasting technology training plays a crucial role. This training provides a deep understanding of the coffee bean roasting process, enabling coffee business owners to produce high-quality beans with unique flavor profiles. Knowledge about coffee bean selection, temperature control, and roasting times equips participants with the ability to optimize their coffee products. Furthermore, a plan for the development of artisan nano coffee roaster machine technology is also proposed to enhance the quality of mature coffee beans. Through collaboration with students, this technology's design is expected to bring innovation and a deeper understanding of effective roasting equipment and techniques.
