The aim of the paper is to determine the reasons for strengthening the Italian right's fascist wing through the analysis of its history and the circumstances of its activity and to show whether the fears of the European Union that fascism returned to one of its founding countries are justified. The main difference between the modern radical right and fascism is its acceptance of democracy and political pluralism. It is fundamentally different from classic fascist parties, it is characterized by populism and not elitism, nativism instead of racism, it is not autocratic but democratic. Up until the nineties, the term right was equated with fascism in Italian political discourse, so a true right did not even exist as a regular actor in political life. The conclusion of the paper is that Italy never truly broke with fascism, the process of defascification was not carried out in its entirety. The victory of the radical right, in which the youngest party, Fratelli d'Italia, which is the offspring of Mussolini's party, dominates is the result of the EU membership itself and the waves of crises it faces, the specificities of the Italian political system, the peculiarities of Italian fascism, a general weakening of liberal order with the transformation of the left and the right. The right did not win a two-thirds majority in the Parliament which is a prerequisite for the government of the right to alter the constitution without a referendum, and so the legal realization of radical policies is under control. Although they are not part of the Indo-Pacific region, the role of the US is imposing, often influencing the dynamics of disputes and relations between states. The subject of this paper is the analysis of territorial and maritime disputes in the South China Sea. The research aims to analyze the geostrategic, trade, and economic potential of the South China Sea, but also to highlight the danger of the frozen conflict that exists in the Indo-Pacific. The main research question to which this paper attempts to offer an answer is: Why is the South China Sea important, and whether conflicts at sea threaten to lead the world into a new uncertain crisis? The author concludes that the problem of territorial disputes in the South China Sea is not only a regional but par excellence an international problem that poses a serious challenge and threat to world order and global security. The theoretical framework used in the research is based on the analysis of maritime geopolitics and power relations of states through the prism of Mahan's geopolitical theory of naval power. The author presented various sources to prove the antiquity of the Serbian Patriarchy of Pec and the formation of the territory of Kosovo and Metohija as a medieval center of statehood and spirituality of Serbian people. This medieval state with its own church jurisdiction, laws, moral values, economic achievements, national customs and manners, and other achievements continued and upgraded the previous church jurisdiction and cultural tradition of Prima Iustiniana. In the text, there is also underlined the significance of the territory of Kosovo and Metohija for Serbian identity in the historical and geopolitical context of genealogical, political, and cultural liaisons of members of the medieval Serbian Nemanjic dynasty with the members of the medieval Greek, Bulgarian, and Russian dynasties. Some of them belong to long-term processes, such as the decline of democracy and opposition contestation of election conditions, while others are the products of current political events, such as environmental protests, opposition boycotts of elections, and the war in Ukraine. As a central factor, we single out the absence of inter-party dialogue and opposition participation in the 2020 elections, which produced an almost one-party representative body and a lack of parliamentary pluralism. Simultaneously we observe continuous democratic erosion of the Republic of Serbia, which prevents the long-term consolidation of democratic institutions. By the second cause, we imply the electoral calculation of the ruling party in unifying the Belgrade local elections with the presidential and parliamentary elections to ensure electoral victory. Environmental protests in 2021, initiated after the adoption of disputed normative acts without public deliberation, stand out as the third factor. Among 24 defendants selected in the different kinds of Nazi officials, the case of Julius Streicher is very specific. The main feature of his case is the fact that he was the unique Nazi official who was indicted and convicted \"only\" because of his hate speech towards the Jewish people, representing thus perhaps one of the most visible personifications of the Nazi regime. The intensity of his hate speech did not know any limit to the extent that he openly and brutally compared in his own newspapers all the Jews with some kind of animals or, even worse, with some contagious illnesses, and moreover, did it tirelessly for more than twenty years within everyday awful campaign addressed to the entire German people. During the trial, it was undeniably proved that Streicher knew about the mass murders of Jews, especially in the East of Europe, which was considered by the trial chamber as an aggravating circumstance. Among all those novelties introduced by the Nuremberg trial, we can see the crime against humanity as a new international crime since 1945, which was the subject of complaints of defendants' attorneys claiming rightly from the legal point of view that the newly created crime violates one fundamental principle of modern criminal law - the principle of legality. On the other hand, besides this procedural dimension of the Nuremberg trial, the key question remained substantially unresolved: did Streicher's hideous everyday campaign against Jews effectively influence the mass murder of Jews?
