Customer commitment can be seen from payment history, whether customer doing payment on time or late. This research using Markov Analysis to predict customer commitment using data of insurance premium payment history from each period, identify customer profile, and analyze the type of insurance purchased. This research shows there are three steps of customer who vulnerable to terminate the insurance contract with company. Insurance company could use the result to minimize customer attrition level with several ways like review the applicant profile before make insurance contract, recommends which type of insurance will fit to applicant, and monitor customer who late to do premium payment for two consecutive periods. This review combines lighting related research efforts of various fields and provides insights for outdoor lighting supporting well-being. The review focuses on the well-being of humans but it is acknowledged that the well-being of humans is largely based on the well-being of the whole ecosystem. The review also briefly discusses the effects of artificial light at night on various organisms and biological systems. Finally, the review summarizes the research results on the possible effects on well-being caused by the changes in intensity, spectrum, spatial distribution and temporal distribution of light. The focus is on the mesopic lighting conditions, as the outdoor environments typically represent such light levels. We use an automated requirement method that collects requirements from different stakeholders groups and categories. The new approach is based on assigning an importance factor to each stakeholder group and an acceptance weight for each requirement item. The importance factor and the acceptance weight for each requirement are used to decide whether to include or exclude this requirement item based on a proposed formula. In Poland, the Distribution System Operator (DSO) equips households with smart energy meters (e.g. in the United Kingdom – the energy supplier, which can be changed by the customer). Over these years the operators collected a lot of experience with these pilot projects. The author of this publication describes his personal experience in the research projects in which he was involved, directly or indirectly, as well ones of which he has received information about from the DSOs. This article does not present the experiences from all major AMI system projects in Poland, but only from few projects in which the author of this article participated. The author participated in projects in which the smart meters utilize a variety of different technologies: PLC, GPRS, HSCSD, RS-232, etc. In this article, however, he focuses only on his experience in working with PLC technology.
