Creativity clearly must be taught with an interesting educational experience to provide satisfactory learning outcomes. The aim of the research is to distinguish between students whose learning outcomes increase when a scientific approach is used and those who do not. Quantitative approach to the experimental method in this study with the conclusions are; 1) Learning outcomes increased with a scientific approach obtained from the gain test results which were 0.52, meaning the success rate was moderate because the gain test results were 0.3 g 0.7. While the control class gain test results of 0.37 means the success rate is moderate, but lower than the experimental class; 2) The results of the calculation show that there is an effect of the scientific approach in the experimental class and those who do not use it in the control class. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis testing showing that tcount (2.60) ttable (2.01) dk 25 and a significant level of 5% is 2.01. Lack of numeracy skills results in low learning outcomes so that learning must be done with a real approach. The Realistic Mathematical Approach can be used as a solution in learning mathematics. This study aims to improve numeracy skills IV at SD 3 Adiwarno regarding the material of cheerful fractions using a realistic mathematical approach. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods with a sample of 21 students. The research instruments are observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Data were analyzed with statistical data techniques. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, it showed that there was an effect of a realistic mathematical approach on students' numeracy skills, with an increase in pre-cycle 38.09% in cycle I by 66.67% to 85.71%. Mengenai bagaimana pentingnya organizational intelligence seorang leader dalam memberikan kontribusinya untuk organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review atau studi literatur. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi atau diteliti sebagai bahan rujukan dalam pembahasan dari hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management menghasilkan kemampuan berorganisasi tidak serta merta berhasil, namun harus ditekankan secara terus menerus sehingga lingkungan dapat menerima dengan baik walaupun memang tidak dapat disalahkan bahwa fase pemahaman mengenai organizational intelligence sangat muda untuk diterima. Pentingnya organizational intelligence sebagai seorang leader memang sangat diperlukan.
