The reaction proceeds quantitatively by the mechanism of nucleophilic substitution of β-peroxide oxygen atom in diperoxycarboxylic acid with the formation of the corresponding N-oxide, and the kinetics of the process is a subject to general rules of specific acid-base catalysis. New iodometric methods were developed, and the possibility of quinine sulfate quantification in pure form ‘Quinine sulfate’, as well as in the combined dosage form ‘Limpar® N 200 mg’ (Cassella Med GmbH, Germany) and in ‘Quinine sulfate 200 mg Tablets’ (Accord Healthcare Ltd, UK) by the reaction of oxidation with diperoxycarboxylic acid. They are characterized by high selectivity, and rate, simplicity of performing, and good accuracy. No toxic reagents or special conditions required. RSD ≤1.6% (δ =+0.40..+0.72%), LOQ=0.01 mg.","PeriodicalId":479524,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scholarly Research in Chemistry and Pharmacy","volume":"59 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136019531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These drastic conditions give rise to a long series of reactions that is provided for the first time. The initial steps are salt formation, codeine nitrate, followed by nitration of the aromatic ring at the activated position, C-2. Then occurs a molecular rearrangement analogue to the transformation of morphine to apomorphine. This implies a series of reactions that include dehydration of the allylic alcohol, double bond migration, 1,3-chain migration, cyclohexadiene formation, ring opening of the dihydro-furane ring followed by formation of a dihydro-phenanthrene structure. The last stage involves methylamine evolution after two C─N fissions and alkalinization of the reaction medium in order to obtain the free amine.","PeriodicalId":479524,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scholarly Research in Chemistry and Pharmacy","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136037338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, understanding these minerals can optimize the use and application of them. Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, as it represents the only green spot in northeastern of Libya, the identification of clay minerals in this region is very important for its relationship to the management of the chemical and physical properties of its soil. Four samples were selected from the Al-Haniya area, and due to the shallow depths of its soil, these samples were taken from the last depth (35-60 cm). X-ray diffraction device used to obtain clear X-ray diffraction (XRD) curves for identification of clay minerals in selected samples from the study area. The results of the qualitative analysis of the minerals showed that there was a similarity in the types of pyrophyllite silicates and the illite is the most crystalline mineral indicated by the relative strength in these soils. The results also showed the presence of kaolinite minerals and the chlorite-vermiculite complex. The results did not show the presence of expansion minerals such as montomorollonite.","PeriodicalId":479524,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scholarly Research in Chemistry and Pharmacy","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135600529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
