Karena debit airnya yang cukup melimpah maka dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber air di kabupaten Lombok Timur, mata air ini didistribusikan kesekitar kota selong hingga ke pulau Maringkik yang berjarang puluhan kilometer dari desa Lendang Nangka. Selain untuk sumber otak aik Tojang memiliki panorama hutan yang sangat terawat dan asri, sehingga menjadi objek wisata yang cukup diminati oleh masarakat karena kondisinya yang masih alami. Otak aik Tojang juga digunakan oleh masyarakat Lendang Nangka dan sekitarnya sebagai sumber mata air utama, air ini juga digunakan sebagai sumber irigasi untuk lahan pertanian dan perkebunan di sekitar desa Lendang Nangka. Kompor gas sebagai peralatan utama dan sangat dibutuhkan perlu perawatan rutin agar lebih efisien dan nyaman dalam beraktivitas. Salah satu kegiatan dilakukan di Banjar Gria Hita, Lingkungan Gria Pagutan Indah, Pagutan Barat, Mataram. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan perawatan kompor gas rumah tangga untuk mencegah terjadinya bahaya kebakaran. Kegiatan pelatihan menghasilkan pemahaman warga akan pentingnya dan cara perawatan kompor gas yang mudah dan murah. Masyarakat menjadi paham dan tahu fungsi burner, selang gas, dan kebersihan badan kompor. Unfortunately there are still many areas that cannot enjoy clean water as it should. One of the villages that has low water quality is Gegerung Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. With a variety of natural resources owned by Gegerung Village, the Mataram
 University Community Service Team took the initiative to make a water filter made from natural palm fiber to overcome existing water problems. Natural materials used include river stone, gravel, palm fiber, and fine river sand. The material is stacked until it fills the tub, then the water is flowed to get clear water.

The problem faced by artisans is the high cost of kerosene fuel. Bread craftsmen spend an average of 4 liters of kerosene every day at a price of Rp 48000, equivalent to 1 bag of sawdust with a capacity of 30 kg with a maximum price of Rp 5000. The obstacle of using sawdust by craftsmen is not understanding how to use it. 
 The method used is counseling through material delivery, discussion, practice and mentoring. Meanwhile, the evaluation method is carried out through questionnaires conducted before counseling and after counseling using the Likert scale.
 This activity went smoothly, all participants who attended were very enthusiastic about participating in counseling. Based on the evaluation, there was an increase in participants' understanding of all variables measured. The lack of skills and abilities of the people of Ngelo Village to manage the potential of existing natural resources is one of the problems in this village. Socialization and Training Activities for Making Ecoprint a Creative Product are one of the efforts to unravel existing problems. This activity aims to provide new insights into utilizing the potential of existing natural resources with ecoprint. In its implementation, it uses a participatory method, namely interactive learning activities with face-to-face learning. This activity includes an introduction to ecoprint, various ecoprint techniques, to the practice of making ecoprints on totebags. The results of the activity show the enthusiasm of the community in participating in socialization and their interest in making ecoprints. One example is the waste from burning coal called coal fly ash (Faba). The problem-solving method uses Faba as a mixture of bricks through community service activities in the brick-making home industry group. Activities in the form of counseling and training on making bricks using Faba as a mixed material. In general, the quality of the bricks resulting from community service activities is in accordance with the standard SNI 03-0349-1989 the results of the minimum average compressive strength test for bricks are 27 Kg/cm2, and the highest compressive strength is 65 Kg/cm2, with a volume ratio of sand: cement is 6:1, Faba 60%, The benefits for the target audience (block makers in Peseng Hamlet, Bumi Ayu Village, Gerung District, West Lombok) are very helpful. Can save production costs and better brick quality, according to SNI 03-0349-1989 standards.
