The study used multivariate regression techniques for data analysis. The results showed that information technology maximized the income limits of organizations. It observed that the 2d speculation records device could additionally have a wonderful effect on the company’s overall performance. Increasing the use of records systems in firms that have higher knowledge to increase those talents to set up a mechanism that helps and collaborates in attaining the company goals. The third variable team of workers competency defined that the agency workforce having to be sufficiently trained and geared up that allows you to compete with the organizational performance parameters. This cognizance and training give advanced understanding to personnel, thru which organization paintings higher in our future initiatives. The last hypothesis that is common is procurement inner approaches consistent with the company’s performance point of view. This article aims to identify the challenges and opportunities for Digital leaders who are in touch with the digital practices in marginalized communities and working in various areas of Karachi, Pakistan. The study participants consisted of 15 Heads and coordinators of I.T. institutes. This study is based on a qualitative research approach, and data for the analysis was collected through snowball sampling technique in the marginalized areas of Sindh. A semi-structured questionnaire was designed to inquire about the challenges and opportunities that digital leaders face especially working with marginalized communities. Data collected through semi-structured interviews were analysed through descriptive coding techniques. The findings revealed digital leaders are facing multiple issues related to the implementation and deregulation of digital practices especially in marginalized areas. This study will assess the impact of participative leadership, Supervisor relationships, and Co-workers on Employee retention. The mediation effect of Supervisor relations and Co-worker relationships is to be checked. This research study focuses on the banking sector and follows explanatory research using a quantitative method to investigate the core reason/issues that occurred between the supervisor and co-worker relationship and the role of higher management to create a positive relationship between them. Hayes process was used for data analysis. Sample size was 250 and the Convenience sampling method was applied. An online survey of questionnaire was conducted for data collection. Results shows that Participative Leadership, Supervisor relationship have a significant effect on Employee retention whereas Participative leader affects Co-worker relationship and Supervisor relationship. However, Co-worker relationship impact is insignificant on Employee retention. Bancassurance products develop a bridge of life insurance product distribution via bank to facilitate customers. The implementation of Bancassurance and its players, including banks, the distribution channel, insurance services, financial services, and service quality, are discussed in this research. Because of their relationship and trust with the bank, particularly the local bank branch, customers prefer Bancassurance. Digitalization is another crucial factor that can significantly improve this system. Adopting modern technology and digitalization can facilitate consumer accessibility and increase this product's sales. A qualitative methodology has adopted to conduct this research. Thematic analysis has applied as a tool of research in order to transcribe interviews conducted from 10 participants. Purposive sampling was used to collect data in order to obtain detailed information from interviewees. Bancassurance is a tactical arrangement that offers consumers insurance services in addition to numerous other financial services. The themes are generated from the factors explored during interview. Since it has a competitive edge over others, bancassurance has a wider scope than other channels. This was not highlighted by western writers in the past but it exists in the western modern world is also as presented by Loius Tyson (2006). He has claimed that women are kept oppressed economically, politically, socially and psychologically by patriarchy, moreover, women are considered as the ‘other’, therefore objectified and marginalized. The writings of eastern writers like the short story ‘The Optimist’ written by Bina Shah verifies the claims of Tyson. The narrated story proves that oppression of women is not the issue of eastern western society but it is a universal problem that has strong roots in the societies of the men dominating societies. Pakistani writers have always tried to expose such ideologies through their writings, which allegedly justify the dominance of men over women. Human relations are reciprocal and cannot be directed from one side. The approach employed is qualitative with techniques of textual and thematic analysis keeping claims in mind, presented by Lois Tyson in his book Critical Theory Today. It was found, through the analysis of the story, that women are oppressed economically, politically, socially, and psychologically and they are treated as the ‘other’: objectified and marginalized, by men not only in the east but all over the world. The ICT has great impact on understanding, grades and class performance of learners and we cannot ignore them in the 21rst century. For this purpose, the study was conducted on the impacts of ICT on students’ academic performance at Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi Sindh Pakistan. The methodology of research was quantitative and the survey method was used for this purpose. For the data collection survey questionnaire was distributed among learners N=120. The research sample N=120 students were selected from all departments of the Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi. The data were analyzed through percentage with graphical representations. The findings of this research revealed that ICT have more influence on learners academic performance at university level. Most of the participants agreed on the positive utilization of information communication and technology tools for academic purposes. It is recommended that government should ensure all necessary ICT tools at all universities of Pakistan for better performance of the students.
