The method for implementing mentoring is 1) Approach, namely a continuous active participatory approach between the proposing team and partners, as the PMP controller plays an active role in providing regular mentoring and coaching to partners. 2) Work program, by making preparations, implementation and 3) evaluation and monitoring. The result of this PBM is an increase in active teacher participation, namely all teachers at SD Negeri 027 Rambah actively participate in mentoring activities.
