One of the ways to enhance the reputation of libraries is through branding as a reliable access to information. Library branding goes beyond more than identity or a level of awareness. It aims to improve the continuous experience of library users. Brand identity is often perceived primarily through visual aspects such as logos, colors, shapes, and visual identification. Vision, Mission, core values, organizational culture, and competencies are vital elements of the internal component of corporate branding. This study examined librarian’s knowledge levels regarding brand identity using three corporate communication elements: communication, behavior, and symbolism. The total population is more than 100 with a confidence level of 90% and a 10% margin of error, namely 40 librarians—data collection targeting librarians and the staff in a university library. The validity test results were from 15 questions; 13 were valid, and 2 were invalid. The reliability test stated that this study was reliable. The results showed that the level of knowledge of librarians for communication got a score of 3,92, which means high. Behavior got a score of 4,47, which means very high, and symbolism got a score of 3,57, which means high. The mean total score is 3,57, which is high. The conclusion is that the librarian’s level of knowledge about brand identity is high. The most influential factor for internal brand identity in this study is behavior.","PeriodicalId":474911,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal FPPTI","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135647187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using a quantitative descriptive method, the author defines the population as the number of visitors, lecturers, and students who come to the LKC Binus @ Senayan Campus, totaling 198 people (from 01 January 2021 to 20 May 2022), while the research sample is 5% of the entire population—comprising 133 individuals. The author collected samples using the Accidental Sampling technique. In other words, respondents are selected arbitrarily or not beforehand. In this study, the dependent variable is library users, and the independent variable is Instagram. The utilization of a library is measured using indicators such as service quality, including concrete evidence, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Indicators such as the implementation of promotions, promotional media, and promotional periods can be used to determine the degree to which a library is promoted on Instagram. According to the investigation conducted, the value was 21.356>1.97824. This indicates that tcount is a more significant value than the t table, positively affecting the utilization of services at the LKC Binus @Senayan Campus. In addition, the significance level is 0.0000.05, indicating that the influence of promotion on the use of services at the LKC Binus @Senayan Campus is significant. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that Instagram promotion has a positive and significant effect on the LKC Binus @Senayan Campus's service utilization.","PeriodicalId":474911,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal FPPTI","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136099999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The prevalence of online learning and remote employment has necessitated adaptation within numerous institutions, including university libraries like the Unikom Library, to cater to the needs of their readers effectively. Initially, the Unikom Library encountered challenges due to its primary emphasis on printed books in its collection, with digital collections not yet receiving significant attention. This poses a challenge in delivering sufficient services. To address this issue, the Unikom Library implemented an innovative approach by incorporating electronic materials into the Learning Management System (LMS), namely Moodle, a platform for online education. This aims to comprehensively account for successfully integrating the Unikom Library e-resources program with the LMS, employing a unified access approach. Consequently, incorporating library materials into the LMS has demonstrated significant efficacy amidst the epidemic, as evidenced by increased user engagement. This observation indicates that the electronic resources accessible through the LMS at the Unikom Library have emerged as a viable and efficient option for readers seeking reference materials. The integration of electronic resources with the LMS has been beneficial for the Unikom Library, enabling it to maintain its relevance and effectively cater to the needs of its users among the challenges posed by the current circumstances. The statement above underscores the significance of adaptability and innovation as crucial factors in addressing the various issues encountered by educational institutions and libraries amidst the digital era and ongoing pandemic.","PeriodicalId":474911,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal FPPTI","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136060546","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
