{"title":"An Integrative Literature Review of Relationship between LMX and Turnover Intention","authors":"Hyerim Yoon, Dongchul Moon, Jiwon Park","doi":"10.46260/kslp.25.3.6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46260/kslp.25.3.6","url":null,"abstract":"본 연구는 LMX와 이직의도의 관계에 대한 국내 양적연구 문헌들을 종합해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 수립된 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, LMX와 이직의도의 관계를 살펴 본 국내 양적연구의 특성(연도별 연구 수, 연구대상, 연구방법, 측정도구, 연구결과)은 어떠한가? 둘째, LMX와 이직의도간의 관계에서 관련 변인(선행/종속변인, 매개/조절변인)은 어떠한가? 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 두 변인 간의 관계를 연구한 KCI 등재학술지 61편을 선정하여 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2005년부터 꾸준히 연구되어 오고 있으며 일반 기업은 물론이고 관광 및 서비스업 종사자에 대한 연구가 다수 이루어졌다. 둘째, 횡단연구와 개인수준의 연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 셋째, 이직의도는 연구에 따라 다양한 측정도구가 사용되었고, LMX의 경우에는 두 가지 측정 도구가 주로 사용되었다. 넷째, LMX와 이직의도의 관계를 다룬 연구에서 LMX가 독립변인으로 활용된 연구가 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로는 조절변인으로 활용된 경우가 많았다. 다섯째, LMX가 독립이나 매개변인일 때는 개인이나 직무와 관련한 변인이, LMX가 조절변인일 때는 리더나 동료, 조직과 관련된 변인이 함께 연구되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.","PeriodicalId":474811,"journal":{"name":"Gieob gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135084627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
