That’s why the teachers’ role in the education world as a learning resource has become important. This study aims to reveal the learning problems of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Perbaungan, Deli Serdang Regency, and to describe the teacher's efforts in solving the problems that occurred. This case study used a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation which were then presented in the form of a qualitative descriptive analysis to describe the conditions occurring at the research location. The researchers revealed that there were many problems experienced by teachers and students during the teaching and learning process of students at SMA Negeri 2 Perbaungan, such as students' lack of interest in reading, lack of fulfillment of learning media, lack of student concentration because there were too many students in the class. The tendency for the implementation of educational supervision to be carried out by supervisors who lack professionalism in their current work is also based more on the relationship between superiors and subordinates. The condition of this relationship does not foster a partnership between the supervisor and the party being supervised. The research uses R & D research, and aims to produce a Learning Evaluation Model product as an effort to increase teacher professionalism in controlling the quality of education in Lampung Province. Research data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. the research steps are: 1) preliminary research, 2) theoretical studies, 3) product/prototype design, 4) expert validation, 5) model revision; After receiving input from the rater, the researcher revised the prototype; 6) Limited Group Test, 7) Model Revision, 8) Large Group Test. The results of the study show that the real conditions in the implementation of learning supervision in increasing teacher professionalism for controlling the quality of education are still not optimal, especially in mentoring and coaching by school principals so that there are still many obstacles both internally and externally. The results of the study also show that the development of the concept of learning supervision models in increasing teacher professionalism is very necessary in order to control the quality of education so that it continues to be better. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is field research, aiming to look at social phenomena or social facts associated with a theory related to these symptoms or facts. The subject of this research is PAI teachers. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data used is in the form of source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models, which include Data Display, Reduction, and Data Verification Conclucion (Verification Drawing). The implementation of the Behavior Modification Approach in Improving the Quality of Islamic Religious Education has been quite successful because of an approach from stimulus to response through behavior change and careful preparation. This success is inseparable from the theory created by Thorndike in the form of Connectionism theory, this theory explains that by including the existence of a special interaction between stimulus and response, which influences behavior in the learning process. The fishermen community consists of businessmen and labors. In obtaining an uncertain income, they are also faced with unstable market price conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic making the socio-economic conditions of fishermen even more difficult. This study aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the fishermen community in Cabang Village, Bandar Surabaya District, Central Lampung. The type of research used is qualitative with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation and are supported by literature studies. The results of the study show that there are problems related to work and fishermen's income and education. There is a shift in the profession from fishermen to motorcycle taxi, construction workers and others, to make ends meet. This is due to the non-fulfillment of the economic needs of fishermen families. Apart from that, there have been no significant changes in the education sector, but only followed local government regulations regarding technical online learning. The good news, as time went on and the Covid-19 pandemic passed, the socio-economic conditions of fishermen began to improve and rise from adversity. The transparency and accountability of campaign finance reports greatly determine the integrity of elections in Indonesia. This paper examines the campaign finance reports of the candidates for the 2020 election for regent and deputy regent of Central Lampung with a focus on aspects of receiving campaign funds, as well as compliance with applicable campaign finance regulations. Through a qualitative method using secondary data, in the form of a Report on Acceptance of Campaign Fund Contributions (LPSDK) it was found that the receipt of campaign funds for the 2020 pair of candidates for regent and deputy regent of Central Lampung was dominated by donations from candidate pairs and individual donations. The audit results show that the majority of candidate pairs are still not transparent and do not comply with campaign finance rules.
