Posko Suara Tanah is a home industry company operating in Majalengka Regency, specializing in the production of pottery according to customer demand. The pottery-making process is still carried out traditionally, especially at the tile molding workstation, resulting in two workers experiencing pain and discomfort in various parts of their bodies. These complaints are caused by the manual and repetitive nature of the molding activities. Additionally, the discomfort is also attributed to the non-ergonomic work methods employed by the operators, particularly due to inadequate work facilities. For instance, there is no table that forces the operators to sit hunched over with improper chairs, leading to a curved back and bent legs for both operators. The objective of this research is to design a molding workstation that can improve the operators' body posture, reduce repetitive movements, alleviate complaints and work-related risks, and enhance productivity. In this study, the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire was used to assess the level of bodily complaints among the operators, and the Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools were employed to measure the risk value of the work. Based on the data analysis, the results from the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire indicate that both operators experience severe pain in the neck, elbows, and wrists. They also experience disruptive pain in the upper back and shoulders. In terms of the knees, both operators experience quite bothersome pain, while they encounter slightly bothersome pain in the lower back and buttocks.
 Abstrak. Posko Suara Tanah adalah suatu perusahaan home industry yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Majalengka bergerak dalam bidang produksi gerabah sesuai permintaan konsumen Proses pembuatan gerabah masih dilakukan secara tradisional khususnya pada stasiun kerja pencetakan ubin tempel mengakibatkan dua orang pekerja mengalami keluhan rasa sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh. Keluhan tersebut disebabkan oleh kegiatan pencetakan yang dilakukan secara manual dan berulang. Selain itu, keluhan rasa sakit juga disebabkan oleh cara kerja operator yang tidak ergonomis, terutama karena fasilitas kerja yang disediakan tidak memadai. Seperti, tidak ada meja yang memaksa operator untuk duduk membungkuk dengan kursi yang tidak layak, sehingga punggung kedua operator membungkuk dan kaki tertekuk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang fasilitas kerja pencetakan yang dapat memperbaiki postur tubuh operator, mengurangi gerakan yang berulang, mengurangi keluhan dan risiko kerja, serta meningkatkan produktivitas. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk menilai tingkat keluhan tubuh operator, dan Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) Tools digunakan untuk mengukur nilai risiko kerja.
