However, due to the scarcity of research on the interaction analysis of group dynamics, this case study aimed to examine the relational structure of an unstructured counseling group using social network analysis. From seven unstructured counseling groups, the case study selected the one with the best performance based on the participants’ score changes on the Adult Mental Health Scale. Through visual analysis, significant changes in the interaction structures between group leaders and two types of members were revealed. Additionally, mathematical analysis yielded patterns in the number of themes, counts of self-disclosure actions, and levels of interaction intensity. Both qualitative and quantitative findings implicitly reflected changes in group cohesion throughout the various process stages. As a result, this study offers practical implications for training group leaders on different group process issues, including the transition of authority and members’ roles and functions at various group stages. Furthermore, the research provides valuable insights for the future exploration of counseling groups.

","PeriodicalId":471990,"journal":{"name":"Zhōnghuá fǔdǎo xuébào","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135783213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These changes affect people in different ways, directly and indirectly, and can even cause traumatic stress in the aftermath of an epidemiological disaster. However, researchers and practitioners have a limited understanding of these new forms of traumatic events. Therefore, this study used a bibliometric approach to systematically analyze the latest global research related to trauma psychology during the time period of Covid-19, and through an understanding of the relevant topics and trends in scientific research. Researchers and practitioners in related fields in Taiwan can keep up with the international community. In this study, 1,300 articles in trauma psychology published during the 18 months following the outbreak of the 2019 epidemic were analyzed based on the Scopus academic database. The results showed that Frontiers in Psychology had the highest number of publications, with 217 articles. Second, Eastern and Western countries differ in terms of authorship. Chinese- and US-based scholars published separately, forming two major groups of publications. Third, the keyword analysis revealed four main axes: various mental health issues widely discussed during the epidemic", "the impact and study of different ethnic groups during the epidemic", "adaptation and resilience during the epidemic", and "complications and parent-child relationship during the epidemic".

","PeriodicalId":471990,"journal":{"name":"Zhōnghuá fǔdǎo xuébào","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135783218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article, inspired by the perspective of Kuder’s personal match, used the research approach of story listening and evaluated the learning effects after students listened to seniors sharing their stories in high school. The effects of learning from seniors’ thoughts and identifying with seniors, which could impact students’ academic achievement, learning resilience, and role modeling, were evaluated by assessing the recognition of self-advantages and self-efficacy based on overcoming obstacles. An experimental longitudinal study was selected as the research design, and a sample of 218 students from three different high schools near Taipei was selected; repeated measures ANOVA and multiple regression were selected to examine the results. Comparing the pre- and post-test scores, the results showed that ""there was"" a significant difference between the experimental and comparison groups in the variable of learning from seniors’ thoughts, but no significant difference in the variable of identifying with seniors.. Meanwhile, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the variables of self-advantages and self-efficacy across the three time intervals; the performance of the experimental group showed an upward trend, while the performance of the comparison group showed a downward trend. In addition, learning resilience at t3 was influenced by the variable of learning from seniors’ thoughts at t2 through the mediation effects of recognizing self-advantages, and academic achievement at t3 was affected by learning from seniors’ thoughts at t2 via the mediation effects of self-efficacy from overcoming obstacles at t2. Furthermore, role modeling at t3 can be shaped by identifying seniors at t2 with the medication effects of self-efficacy from overcoming obstacles at t2. This shows that we can use the story listening approach to reframe the concept of personal matching, which can facilitate two psychological mechanisms that create two different effects. Theory and research have supported the idea that awe can help humanity through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. Awe arises when individuals encounter perceptually vast stimuli that overwhelm their existing knowledge and mental structures. In our country, awe has been composed of five latent factors, including ""curiosity and exploration,"" ""a feeling of wonderment regarding nature,"" ""appreciation of artwork,"" ""a feeling of smallness,"" and ""social connection."" However, little attention has been paid to its effects. Recent studies have suggested that awe emotions can strengthen positive emotions and behaviors. We continued to study the impact and causal processes underlying the emotion of awe to expand its application and understanding of positive human behaviors and to promote the development of a harmonious and peaceful society. The aim of the current study was to examine the relationship between awe, gratitude, prosocial behavior, and well-being across two studies. In Study 1, we examined the mediating roles of gratitude and prosocial behavior in the relationship between awe and subjective well-being. A total of 720 college students completed online questionnaires to determine the constructs of the awe model. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was found to be the best fit based on the overall model verification. The results of Study 1 demonstrated that awe was significantly associated with gratitude, prosocial behavior, and subjective well-being. Individuals with higher awe exhibited more positive emotions and positive tendencies. Furthermore, prosocial behavior completely mediated the relationship between awe, gratitude, and subjective well-being. Thus, prosocial behavior plays a key role in promoting well-being. In Study 1, we tested the causal role of different emotions (awe, positive emotions, and negative emotions) on prosocial behavior using an experimental method. We used video clips (nature, threats to nature, and silent comedy) to evoke the three emotions. After inducing emotions, we examined participants’ emotional states using an openin","PeriodicalId":471990,"journal":{"name":"Zhōnghuá fǔdǎo xuébào","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135782096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
