It has presented both challenges and opportunities for conventional media. In this paper, the author explores digital media's landscape and impact on conventional media. This study examines the challenges traditional media outlets face, such as declining circulation and advertising revenue, and the opportunities presented by digital media, such as new revenue streams and expanded audiences. This study also discusses the implications of this shift for journalism, advertising, and entertainment. This study argues that while digital media presents significant challenges to conventional media, it also offers exciting opportunities for innovation and growth. Traditional media can thrive in the digital age by embracing new technologies and adapting to changing consumer preferences.","PeriodicalId":471968,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advances in Social Sciences and Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136036495","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this study aimed to determine DCM’s effectiveness in influencing tourist visits in Indonesia. It adopted the uses and gratification theory, the AISAS marketing communication model, as well as self-brand connection and experience variables. Furthermore, a survey was used with a quantitative approach involving 200 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed in data analysis with partial least squares (PLS) software. The results showed that DCM containing information about a tourist destination, as well as an invitation to visit a destination, attracts the attention of consumers. In this case, consumers need to find information through websites and social media. Moreover, DCM that prioritizes content designed to the intended consumers’ self-concept cannot help consumers seek information about a tourist destination. Therefore, the invitation to visit is also attractive and makes consumers seek information through websites and social media.","PeriodicalId":471968,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advances in Social Sciences and Humanities","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136036494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was conducted using quantitative methods by capturing information from quantitative data. Quantitative data were obtained from field studies distributing questionnaires and official government agency publications. This study uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The study results concluded that the amount of arrears each year was increasing. The perceptions of SMEs towards the capital strengthening program for micro and small cooperatives did not significantly affect policy implementation. Furthermore, the analysis of Financing Feasibility with the 5C principle has a positive result. However, no significant effect on Policy Implementation, as well as for the variable Perceptions of MSME Actors on the Capital Strengthening Program for Micro and Small Cooperatives and the Feasibility Analysis of Financing with the 5C principle simultaneously does not have a positive and significant influence on Policy Implementation.","PeriodicalId":471968,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advances in Social Sciences and Humanities","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136036246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Word of Mouth (WOM) has evolved into electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM). Information is obtainable from different sources, but despite easy access, some are not useful as high-quality information often coexists with misinformation. This study conceptualizes that individuals adopting the information are influenced by the relationship between information quality, source credibility, and the information quantity with the mediation of cognitive trust of e-commerce visitors. The sample included e-commerce visitors, and the data were collected through the online distribution of questionnaires and face-to-face meetings. A total of 500 samples were considered, and purposive sampling was used. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application, was employed to analyze the data. The results showed a correlation between information quality and quantity and the impact of source credibility on the cognitive trust of e-commerce visitors. Also, it revealed the influence of cognitive trust on the intention to adopt information.","PeriodicalId":471968,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advances in Social Sciences and Humanities","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136036245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
