This creates threats to ensure food, energy and environmental security of Ukraine. As part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy in Ukraine, which is based on ensuring national interests and fulfilling international obligations, it is envisaged to overcome the imbalances that exist in particular in the environmental sphere, to harmonize global climate change trends with international standards. The priority is land resources, agriculture, forestry, water resources, bioenergy, biodiversity. The scientific article examines the provision of rational use of natural resources thanks to effective waste management. The concept of a resource-saving agro-industrial complex was formed due to the development and implementation of bio-organic technologies for growing agricultural crops for the production of biofuels from agro-biomass and animal husbandry waste. The agro-technological aspects of ensuring the energy independence of the industry and the formation of the country's food security have been proven. The main areas of effective use of agrobiomass and utilization of agricultural waste for the production of biofuels have been determined. On the basis of the researched state of supply of energy resources of the agricultural industry and assessment of the available potential of the industry in agrobiomass, the theoretical volumes of biofuel production to ensure the energy independence of the industry are calculated. A comprehensive analysis of the European experience in the production of biogas from crop and livestock waste and the use of digestate obtained on the basis of anaerobic fermentation in a biogas plant has been developed. The purpose of the study is to establish agro-technological aspects of digestate production, taking into account the international experience of adaptation to climate change in order to guarantee the reduction of the impact of the degradation processes of the soil cover of Ukraine. The subject of research is processes bio-organic technologies of digestate production. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is that for the first time, the optimal mode of using agrobiomass for the production of digestate was established experimentally. The research methodology is based on experimental studies of scientific topics on the topic: «Development of bio-organic technologies for growing agricultural crops for the production of biofuels and ensuring the energy independence of the agricultural sector».","PeriodicalId":471209,"journal":{"name":"Žemės ūkio inžinerija","volume":"260 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135889310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Model of the investigated system is described. Numerical investigations for various parameters of the investigated system are performed and typical graphical relationships are presented. Dynamics of vibrational transportation is investigated, and the obtained results are used in the process of design of mechanisms of the proposed type. Mechanisms of the proposed type can be used in elements of manipulators and robots, including pipe robots and other devices used in agricultural engineering.","PeriodicalId":471209,"journal":{"name":"Žemės ūkio inžinerija","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135889300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reliability of vehicle parts depends primarily on their strength, wear resistance, vibration resistance, heat resistance, etc. These criteria of reliability of vehicle parts are met in various ways and with various measures in their production, such as: Selection of material and various methods to increase strength and wear resistance - thermal processing, processing of various physical methods, surface details and zones of concentration stresses, etc. The article includes the description of forming metal powders as a technological operation that leads to the formation of a powder molding. The equipment for vibratory pressing of blanks from powder materials is considered and compared. The main vibration and shock vibration technological processes are presented. Schemes and methods of carrying out vibration forming of powder materials are justified. Classification of vibration forming processes according to the properties of vibration and shock modes is analyzed. Determination of the main advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic vibration exciters in comparison with others. It is proposed to replace the first stage of hydro inertial presses by an electromagnet controlled from the control unit, which allows to clearly reproduce the necessary technological parameters, to simplify the process of readjustment and to carry out the automation of the equipment.","PeriodicalId":471209,"journal":{"name":"Žemės ūkio inžinerija","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135889147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the two tea cultivars S3A3 and TV18, being cultivated in NE India, the article targets a detailed catechin profile and a comparative assessment with the best findings in the literature. The investigations affirmed that the chosen tea cultivar leaves possessed higher constitution of galloyl catechins (EGCG & ECG). Also, while EC and C are in low concentrations, EGC concentration has been very high. Henceforth, both S3A3 and TV18 can be customized as promising sources for the development of functional tea beverage products.","PeriodicalId":471209,"journal":{"name":"Žemės ūkio inžinerija","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135889443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
