{"title":"DAMPAK RIBA PADA BUNGA PINJAMAN ONLINE TERHADAP PSIKOLOGIS MASYARAKAT","authors":"Sesep Saepul Alam","doi":"10.51192/annuqud.v2i2.420","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51192/annuqud.v2i2.420","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bagaimana riba yang terdapat pada bunga pinjaman online dapat mempengaruhi psikologis buruk bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang didasarkan pada berita online yang dipilih secara random berdasarkan tema yang memenuhi kriteria fokus penelitian, yakni menyangkut pelanggaran pinjaman online. Pelanggaran pinjaman online mencakup perilaku penagih hutang (desc collector/debt collector) dan dampaknya terhadap psikologis masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku berhutang pada pinjaman online dalam masyarakat awalnya timbul akibat adanya kebutuhan yang mendesak yang mengharuskan adanya uang cash dalam waktu singkat. Namun, dengan adanya persepsi kemudahan, dan kualitas informasi yang didapat secara parsial dari penyelenggara pinjaman online meningkatkan perilaku berhutang sehingga menjadi sebuah gaya hidup yang akhirnya menjerat masyarakat. The Amil Zakat Nasional Agency (BAZNAS) has future challenges in the management of zakat to improve coordination between the Amil Zakat Agency and zakat institutions in Indonesia. This research aims to find out the Influence of Transparency, Accountability, and Quality of Zakat Management on muzaki interest in the BAZNAS Tasikmalaya Regency. This study uses a quantitative methodology, while the data source in this study is primary data by using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this study is the entire muzaki in BAZNAS Tasikmalaya Regency with a total of 5803 muzaki. The samples in this study used Maximum Likelihood. The sample was taken as many as 140 Muzaki in BAZNAS Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample selection method used is a nonprobability method that is random sampling which is a randomly selected sampling technique from muzaki that has been tapped. Data is processed using SEM analysis with Smart-PLS 3.0 applications. The results of this study are the variables of transparency, accountability and management quality at BAZNAS Tasikmalaya Regency simultaneously affect the increase in interest in muzakki. However, partially accountability has a positive and significant effect on increasing interest in muzakki, and transparency has a positive and significant effect on increasing interest in muzakki, while management quality has a significant negative effect, this is proven to have a significant but negative effect on increasing interest in muzakki. This type of research is library research, the data used is qualitative data obtained from a book study (book study) for 2 years, especially on the principles of muamalah fiqh. The method used in this thesis is descriptive-analytic-implementative, namely determining, describing, and objectively classifying the data being studied as well as interpreting the data, then the data that has been analyzed are compared to find common ground. Jalaluddin Abdurrahman bin Abi Bakr al-Suyuthi is a high priest, hadith expert, accomplished historian as well as linguist and a prolific writer. Imam al-Suyuthi was awarded by Allah Almighty the breadth of knowledge in seven different fields of religious knowledge, namely the science of interpretation, science of hadith, science of fiqh, science of nahwu, knowledge of ma'ani, science of bayan and science of badi '. In fact, he was so confident in giving himself superiority in front of the general public, he said, \"In fact, my mastery of these seven sciences has not matched even among my teachers, except fiqh and history.\" The result of this research is that the method of istinbath al-Suyuthi in extracting the law of fiqh is not only referring to the Al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah as the main source, but al-Suyuthi also uses the comparative Madzhab approach (Hanafiyyah, Malikiyyah, Syafi ' iyyah and Hanabilah) which of course cannot be doubted the validity of which is comprehensive enough, so that it can give birth to fiqh principles that can be accepted among Muslim communities in general throughout the world, and even in Indonesia it has been made part of his fiqh principles as a valid legal product of fiqh. . Information related to the performance of zakat institutions in Indonesia can be obtained from the YouTube channel of the zakat institution, for example the NU Care YouTube channel. The purpose of the research is to qualitatively analyze the profile and columns on the NU Care YouTube channel. The research method is descriptive qualitative with an explorative approach. The results showed that the NU Care YouTube channel has a profile with 3.61K subscribers and 309 video posts. The NU Care YouTube channel has nine columns like most other YouTube channels. Of the nine columns, only eight columns (home, videos, shorts, live, community, channels, about and search) can be analyzed exploratively.
