An integral model describing the dynamics of long wave length perturbation to a laminar flow for wide range of Reynolds number is derived. The model consists of a system of two evolution equations that describe the developpement of the interface and the flow rate. In order to test the accuracy of the model, marginal stability results are compared with the earlier results of Hickox (1971) and Preziosi (1989), and very good agreement is found. Chikh","doi":"10.2139/ssrn.3371764","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.3371764","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this study is to analyze the thermal behavior of a stone wall with joints of clay containing micro-capsules of phase change material (PCM) in the summer under mediterranean climate.The phenomenon is solved numerically by means of the finite volume method. A computer code is implemented based on a fully implicit scheme to analyze the effect of PCM content in the wall and the effect of mediterranean climate data, which is humid climate in north, on the thermal behavior of the PCM wall, the aim of which is to improve energy efficiency in the building.
