From the perspective of celestial religion, economic activities based on usury have adverse implications and injustice especially to the borrowers. Civil servants are a group that earns a steady income even though the country is facing an uncertain economic environment. In Malaysia, teachers are the largest group of civil servants, comprising one-third of the total. The objective of this study was to look at the knowledge among Muslim teachers about the basics of the concept of riba. Furthermore, look at the influence of knowledge in determining their attitude to make a loan or transaction of a product offered by the bank. This study was conducted through research sampling technique with questionnaire method used as research method. Thus, a total of 255 Muslim teachers in the Sungai Buloh district were selected as study participants. The findings show that the majority of Muslim teachers in the Sungai Buloh district have a high level of knowledge about the basics of usury, but in more specific matters it is found that their level of knowledge is moderate. Any uncertainties, doubts and\u0000shortcomings in the sale and purchase contracts are considered gharar. Using the\u0000questionnaire as a research instrument, 120 sets were distributed through online forms among\u0000randomly selected Kuala Nerus society. The methodology of this study uses quantititave\u0000methods. Descriptive analysis is used to analyse data in percentage, frequency, mean, mode\u0000and median. The result of the investigation found that the mean value shown in each variable\u0000is high level, the value of mean part B is 4.233 and part C is 4.3833 (high). At the end of this\u0000study, the researcher suggested to conduct a more in-depth questionnaire on the understanding\u0000of gharar in the sale and purchase contracts. Today, the average threat to an\u0000organization stems from individuals within the organization itself and in turn involves other\u0000members who damage the identity of the government organization. Typically, these threats are\u0000closely linked to issues of ethics and integrity. Neglect of these two principles can open up\u0000opportunities for malpractice, corruption, misconduct and abuse of power in an organization.\u0000This article explains the practice of excellent work culture in an organization as stipulated by\u0000Islam and applied in the current days. The article exemplifies how Islam stresses on the\u0000application of excellent work culture and moral values to be practiced in strengthening an\u0000organization. The main purpose of this writing is to identify the elements of work culture in\u0000Islam and the characteristics of excellent work culture that every Muslim should know. Apart\u0000from that, this writing also aims to describe the challenges in implementing Islamic work\u0000culture. In the era of globalization, portraying good work ethics among Muslims is essential.\u0000Good work ethics are not only about being a diligent, persistent and loyal workforce, but it is\u0000also about being a workforce who integrates Islamic values into their daily life, which do not\u0000derail from the values as prescribed in the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. This article also explains\u0000how the concepts, conditions, ethics and characteristics of work culture in Islam remain\u0000relevant and practicable in today’s society. The basis of work culture for Muslim is to seek the\u0000pleasure of Allah SWT. The individual’s connection with God shapes their ethical work culture to be extra careful and diligent in their work practices. They will strive to do their best to obtain\u0000the pleasure of God and foster good relationships among their colleagues within the\u0000organization. This article also highlights the need for every Muslim to embrace Shariahcompliant\u0000practices in all aspects of their work. This writing instrumented the qualitative\u0000research as its methodology by conducting a library study of the sources of the Quran and\u0000hadith as well as scientific materials such as journal articles, reference books from religious\u0000scholars related to the scope of the study topic. The results of this writing can be used as a\u0000reference and guidance to increase the level of awareness, open the minds of every Muslim as\u0000well as remind each party to fulfill their rights and responsibilities towards every job entrusted\u0000to them. Work in the Islamic concept is often associated to the term charity which has a wider\u0000scope than simply working for profit or wages.
