Coarse metal powder Al powder with sugar were tested. The powders were homogenized then press at 4 (ton), with 3 additives of sugar and pure Al (30%,40%,70% of sugar, and pure Al), then sintered at 600 °c. Upon transmutation to get foams, three physical properties tested Such as Apperant density, L.M, and L.SH. Apperant density is decreasing with increasing of sugare, while in L.M, and L.SH. are increasingin their values with sugar additives. The influence of foams factor on porosity and the physical tested have been shown these foam sample has applications within the of filtering application, biomaterials, and others.Metal foams have porosities larger than ninety percent would be ready by a unique metallurgy route employing a chemical compound vehicles.
