The short fibers from pseudo stem part of the banana plant were used to prepare composites. The composite samples were prepared both from alkali treated and untreated banana fibers. Laminates were prepared from Vacuum molding technique. The fibre matrix weight ratio 30-70% resulted in optimum strength of the composites. The surface treatment improves the mechanical properties when compared with untreated composites. Even in the randomness in the mobility of the devices creates dynamic topology which causes delay or packet loss in routing. The occurrence of congestion mostly due to the high volume of traffic inflow and low outflow of the data rate. This change in transmission rate results in routing delays and reduced throughput. The rate control is the major concern in applications performing regular streaming, particularly in wireless networks. This paper aims to propose an efficient Congestion Control approach through Route Delay Estimation (CC-RDE) using packet loss to control data rate for effective to minimize the packet loss during congestion. The CC-RDE mechanism will present an illustration for Delay Recognition (DR) and a method for Routing Delay Estimation (RDE) to improve the throughput and reduce the routing delay. The continuous demand for electric power has made the network extremely loaded, leading to voltage insecurity. Under over whelming stacked regulations there might be an uncomfortable opposition energy leads to loss of potential. This decrement in potential leads to less potential in various parts in the system. The contextual investigation for dual-space electricity network has been considered in this paper. A distinctive blame examination gives idea about FACTS devices have development in motional constant. Out of all the FACTS devices, UPFC is best in providing the shortest fault clearing time in dual-pivot model of the network. For analyzing the controller, MATLAB 2016(a) is used. By mapping the whole location, the human goes around the place without any difficulty. In this project, the implementation will be done in such a way that the robot also consumes the parameters of the area in the same way as the human, by first perceiving the location entirely, followed by mapping the whole place and then going around it, thereby marking the location to absolute precision and making it flawless for navigation. <br><br>To accomplish this performance, a self-mapping algorithm using SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), A* Algorithm for Path Planning is written and executed.
