To manage these collections, adequate human resources, both quantitative and qualitative, are needed. When this research was conducted, there was a socialization activity to collaborate the GLAM management among work units at LIPI. This study aims to determine human resources available in developing GLAM at LIPI. The research method used was qualitative research. Analysis of data in qualitative research was carried out narratively. The research results show that human resources for gallery/museum exhibition at LIPI have been managed by the Center for the Utilization and Innovation of Science and Technology (PPII)-LIPI in collaboration with third parties since 2020. There were 49 librarians (37 expert librarians and 12 skilled librarians), while the number of archivists was 141 (one hundred and forty-one) people (83 Expert Archivists and 58 Skilled Archivists). The collaboration of PPII-LIPI with third parties has carried out human resources for museum management at LIPI since 2020. To improve the quality, human resources managing GLAM at LIPI need to be continuously improved, both through formal and non-formal education. The number of librarians and archivists are sufficient, but they must improve their abilities, considering that the GLAM institution at LIPI will just be developed. Of course, this GLAM is still perceived as a new institution by librarians and archivists at LIPI. Records management needs to be carried out on all media and types of records. Electronic records management needs to be carried out on filing and transferring records to maintain the authenticity, integrity, security, and safety of records. ABC agency already uses the Records Information System (SRIKANDI), but not all types of records can be managed using that information system. The information system cannot manage electronic records of types of photos, videos, and sound recordings. The records must be managed at ABC agency, so it is necessary to determine the filing and transferring the records offline. This research is qualitative research using data collection techniques: observations, interviews, and documents search. Interviews were conducted with three experts in records management, both manual and electronic. The analysis is carried out based on the stages contained in the five regulatory documents. The analysis results show that the filing stages consist of preparation, inspection, index determination, file code determination, registration/input of records information, inserting records into folders, cross-pointing (if any), labelling, and compiling a list of current records. Paper-based manuscripts are very easily damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve ancient manuscripts. Switching to a digital flipbook is considered appropriate because it provides an interface that is similar to the original script. This study aims to describe the importance of preserving the cultural heritage of ancient manuscripts owned by the Bandar Cimanuk Indramayu Museum. Digitization can be an effort to preserve ancient manuscripts. The research used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation study. It is hoped that the research results in the form of flipbook development can be used as an effort to preserve ancient manuscripts that represent, protect, and exceed the physicality of ancient manuscripts. The conclusion of this study is that the ancient Legok Kolot manuscript is the identity and wealth of the Indramayu people, so it needs to be digitized so that the preservation of the script is maintained. The media transfer process at the Bandar Cimanuk Museum goes through three main stages, namely the pre-digitization process, the digitization process, and the post-digitization process. In its process, there are three important things that must be considered, such as source characteristics, product usability, and technological characteristics. The purpose of this study is to understand and get an overview from BPPT employees related to BPPT knowledge management (KM) application in its function as an organizational knowledge collection platform. This study is hopefully beneficial to see the effectiveness of the features of KM application in supporting the work activities of BPPT employees. The method used in this research is quantitative, using a questionnaire technique based on a survey to gather the data. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who are the administrator of the KM BPPT application from each BPPT working unit. The collected data were processed and analyzed using the AIDA model. This study indicates that BPPT employees have used the BPPT KM application, and some of the features also have been used, such as chats, tasks, drives, and events. These elements of description are similar to metadata elements. As the metadata elements of Dublin Core, for example, that have been released in the mid of 1990’s and then later on was adopted by ISO 15836-1:2017 and ISO 15836-2:2019. This article describes the similarities among both elements, the elements of description and the elements of metadata, including the ICA’s latest archival standard (RiC) and by using paradigm of integration-interconnection and three model of discplinary cooperation (multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary) according to Amin Abdullah. Besides reading closely towards the literary sources including the published standards released by ICA and ISO, the writer also does the same things towards various archival standards published by several national archives.
