Namun, tidak semua orang mengerti atau dapat menggunakan bahasa isyarat, dan tidak semua lingkungan menyediakan aksesibilitas bagi orang dengan disabilitas pendengaran. Sistem pengembangan bahasa isyarat untuk berkomunikasi dengan penyandang disabilitas dikembangkan karena pentingnya aksesibilitas komunikasi bagi orang dengan disabilitas pendengaran atau bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem bahasa isyarat agar memudahkan berkomunikasi dengan penyadang disabilitas (tunarungu) dengan menggunakan metode machine learning. Chatbot memiliki kemampuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan solusi dalam waktu yang lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan interaksi manusia ke manusia. chatbot dapat membantu pelayanan publik dengan cepat serta responsive.Metodologi penelitian adalah gagasan ilmiah secara rasional, empiris, dan sistematis yang digunakan untuk melakukan suat kegiatan penelitian. Dalam penelitian rancang bangun chatbot ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Studi kasus merupakan pendekatan yang lebih memfokuskan tentang apa yang sedang diteliti yang mana dapat memaksimalkan pemahaman tentang kasus yang sedang ditelitiKebutuhan perangkat lunak merupakan faktor-faktor yang harus dipenuhi untuk merancang sebuah perangkat lunak (aplikasi) sehingga perangkat lunak tersebut sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pembuatan. Default Chatbot layanan publik adalah proses awal dimana user pertama kali memulai chatbot atau memberikan sapaan kepada chatbot, lalu ‘bot’ akan memberi respon yang sesuai dengan training phrases. Prior to conducting this research, a review was carried out on various previous research results related to the lack of the role of knowledge space and user preferences in the data visualization recommendation system [3]. Broadly speaking, this study uses the method of recommending the Analysis and Discussion system. One of the main elements that must be considered in the system analysis stage is software problems, because the software used must be in accordance with the problem to be solved. In this stage, the search and collection of data and knowledge obtained by the expert system are carried out. A machine learning-based recommendation system for undergraduate study programs can help prospective new students choose the right study program according to their interests and talents. Gesture recognition is part of gesture recognition which determines what message a certain hand movement wants to convey. In developing this automatic hand movement we use segmentation and object detection where this method involves using algorithms to detect and identify objects or areas related to hand movements. , such as human skin, fingers, and others. Detection of human hand movements using computer vision is a digital image processing technique that aims to recognize human hand movements from image or video data. This technique can be applied in various applications such as human-computer interaction, hand gesture recognition, or video games. Making Automatic Player Hand Movements Using Computer Vision has the potential to improve the user experience when playing games or using interactive applications that require hand movements, according to the research and development that has been done. Kami fokus pada pendeteksian anomali dari log file, yaitu peristiwa yang memerlukan pemeriksaan lebih dalam oleh analis. File log tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk menganalisis dan men-debug kegagalan sistem. Karena utilitas penting ini, para peneliti telah berupaya menemukan cara yang cepat dan efisien untuk mendeteksi anomali dalam sistem komputer dengan menganalisis catatan lognya. Penelitian dalam deteksi anomali berbasis log dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori utama: deteksi anomali berbasis log batch dan deteksi anomali berbasis log streaming. Deteksi anomali berbasis log batch berat secara komputasi dan tidak memungkinkan kami untuk mendeteksi anomali secara instan. Di sisi lain, deteksi anomali streaming memungkinkan peringatan segera. Namun, pendekatan streaming saat ini sebagian besar diawasi.
