Balcony railings are an important element in the design and safety of high-rise buildings, as they protect occupants from falls and provide an attractive aesthetic appearance. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the installation of balcony railings complies with applicable planning standards. By exploring information about material costs, work costs, construction efficiency, and other factors that influence the choice of railing form, this research will provide construction professionals with more informed guidance in decision making. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualtitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada Alumni Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan (PTB) Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) yang berjumlah tiga orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar Rencana Anggaran Biaya dan Manajemen Konstuksi yang dipelajari di Prodi PTB UNJ relevan dengan apa yang dikerjakan oleh narasumber sebagai Quantity Surveyor di proyek konstruksi. Produce a mathlab program developed using the mamdani method to determine outstanding lecturers at Graha Nusantara University. Today, information technology, especially soft computing technology, is developing very quickly. One of the most developed software computing technologies is fuzzy logic, as it can be used to measure various ambiguous, camouflaged or fuzzy phenomena. One of the research topics applying fuzzy logic is the evaluation system in the research field. Research conducted by professors from Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University in Simlitabmas data Still in the category of orientation to move to intermediate level, professors from UGN Padangsidimpuan are challenged to be able to develop, contribute and apply knowledge required for research. To do this, we needed an application that could be used to calculate and record teacher performance in outcomes research. This study used the calculations of hydrology analysis and hydraulic analysis to find out the capacity of flooding and debit. Research instruments use documentation in the form of archives are obtained from government offices by collecting primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses comparative deskritif quantitative t-shirt analysis. Despite the enhanced communication channels they offer, LMS implementation can introduce unique challenges in the educational arena. This study explores the impact of LMS on the learning process in Myanmar's education system from a student's perspective, focusing on five key factors: convenience, emotional engagement, technological barriers, assessment effectiveness, and cost. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to students who had used an LMS, with 264 valid responses received. These were analyzed using SPSS software, revealing significant correlations between all five factors and the learning process, with assessment effectiveness demonstrating the strongest relationship. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) methods with stages of Define, Design, and Develop. The research instrument used is a questionnaire for product validation by subject expert and media expert. Data analysis of expert validation results was carried out quantitatively-descriptively. The result of this study is a spreadsheet programming product for the calculation of wooden connections called TUSAYU.
