With the development of the national economy and the introduction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China specifically defined to promote the development of the city circle centered on Lhasa and Kashgar. The Kashgar Urban Agglomeration, locating in the core area of the new Silk Road Economic Belt, is an important node. The coordinated development of the industry is crucial to the development of the overall economy. In this paper, the gray degree of incidence model is used to measure the degree of industrial homogenization in various cities and towns in Kashgar and further analyze the degree of incidence between cities in Kashgar Urban Agglomeration. The results show that the industrial isomorphism of Kashgar Urban Agglomeration is more serious. The degree of incidence between cities and industries in Kashgar Urban Agglomeration is of varying degrees, and the industrial layout of Kashgar Urban Agglomeration needs urgent adjustment.","PeriodicalId":375988,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115158165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not only do a large part of the population of a nation coexist, but also several companies. More than 10 years ago the term smart cities were born and now it sounds louder, becoming a key and fundamental piece in society, the economy and sustainability. One of the contributions is towards the sustainable development of different cities, with urban logistics a priority in the planning of land use planning and design, route optimization and the urban logistics chain to ensure that cities become smarter. This research aims to inform the concept of urban logistics and how it has led today's cities to be called smart cities, seeking that society meets all its requirements and needs, raising the quality of life of society and ensuring sustainable development.","PeriodicalId":375988,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123468375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly it was declared by the WHO as a pandemic in the 11th of March 2020 which raised the emergency of public health on an international basis. Although the supply chain has faced lots of epidemics and pandemics in the last decades, but COVID-19 is said to be unique in its effect. Since the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the supply chain was not studied from change management perspective. Accordingly the current paper tried to understand the degree of changes that the pandemic resulted in within supply chains in the light of the organizational change management literature and punctuated equilibrium theory. Data was collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with supply chain managers in different organizations. The results showed that the degree of change has two dimensions, the first is planned or emergent change, and the second one is that change can be developmental, transformational, or transitional.","PeriodicalId":375988,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115697614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on higher order theory and informal institutional theory, secretaries with financial experience tend to disclose the financial and operating conditions of firms more efficiently, and keep a good relationship with financial institutions, thus reducing the cost of information asymmetry and easing the financing constraints. This study takes the NEEQ listed firms from 2012 to 2017. The results show that the secretaries with financial experience tend to ease the financing constraints. This result is still robust after the endogeneity controlled by Propensity Score Matching (PSM) and Differences-in-Differences (DID).","PeriodicalId":375988,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123020914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
